Located on the east shore of Seneca Lake. Seneca Bungalow is located on the Seneca Lake Wine trail and is 3 miles from Three Brothers Wineries. An easy drive to Geneva (less than 10 miles), where you will find great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, spas, and entertainment. Less than a 20 minute drive you have Waterloo Premium Outlets. Syracuse, Rochester and Ithaca are all about an hour away. Albany is 3.5 hours, Toronto is 4 hours, while Philadelphia and NYC are about a 5 hour drive. You have so much to do in less than an hour drive; farm markets, ski resorts, golf courses, museums, shopping, hiking/nature trails, and all the Finger Lakes has to offer. This is a great property for 3 main reasons- location, construction/design, and value. It is ideally located in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes region. Directly on the water, with expansive views of Cayuga Lake, it is also located directly along the Cayuga Lake Wine, and adjacent to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail- (both now with breweries, distilleries),the Finger Lakes Cheese Trail, and along the route for several famed Finger Lakes Culinary, Cuisine and agritourism-based restaurants and attractions. The bungalow is also located within miles of Finger Lakes National Forest, 10 state parks, and Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge for recreation & family-based activities and attractions. We have been watching the progress of this new-construction property with much anticipation. Several high-end design details have gone into its creation, while local talent and materials, and often re-used and eco-friendly options were all used to build it as well. The owner/designer/manager is very friendly with a deep understanding of the area, and is committed to quality and customer service. You won't be disappointed in choosing this for a vacation rental option. Seneca Bungalow is amazing! Best of luck on your upcoming official grand opening to kick off the 2013 summer vacation season!
