We have been renting cabins from Kevin & Wendy (All Seasons Vacation Rentals) for about 5 years and we have always had a great time. I would recommend the cabins they offer to everyone. Management is very responsive and they work with you to make sure you have a great stay. My wife and 2 boys love snowmobiling in the Lake Cle Elum area and would suggest others try it as well, even if it is only to enjoy the scenery and go sledding, snow shoeing, or cross country skiing.

Loved the house, and had a great time. We will be back. However, their were minor property management details that were annoying. Nearly every room in the house had burnt out light bulbs. I replaced several, but ran out of bulbs. While each room had tv/dvd/cable, most of them were not hooked up or didn't work. No big deal. We didn't go there to watch tv.

I've checked out the DVD players and they were functioning although the one in the great room had the cables disconnected in the back. The house is large enough for multiple families to get together comfortably. Kitchen and dining area are more than adequate for a large group. Many bathrooms, convenient laundry area, small pool table, decks all around, secluded feeling with wooded views are all pluses. We very much enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I went away for new years and could not have had a better time. The house had tons of room for the 12 of us and we had a blast sledding, hitting the ski lodge and just relaxing. Overall, this house was amazing and I would stay there again in a heart beat! Thanks for a great New Years Weekend!

The lodge was great. Easy walking to the pool and tennis courts and biking to the lake or into Roslyn. Golf at Suncadia was challenging.

This was our second family stay.
The unit was clean but some pots and pans had very burned food still on the inside bottom. The front door lock did not work last year and again broke after a day this year. The air conditioning remains unbalanced with the temperature up stairs ok but "freezing" on the lowest level. The pool was cold because the pool heater had been reportedly broken for a week. We were told that there was wi-fi coverage at the rec center. Our son planned to do some work friday via wi-fi but could not as it reportedly been down for over two weeks. He had to drive all the way to Ellensburg before finding adequate coverage.
The place is in a beautiful location with good amenities (when working)and resonably close to Seattle.

Hi Marshall,Thanks for staying with us and the detailed review. That was the 2nd door lock I've installed at Mt. View in the last year. I think it's time for another make/model. I appreciate you letting us know. Unfortunately we don't own or manage the Roslyn Ridge Pool facility. We were unaware the heater and Wifi were down. Pioneer Coffee in Cle Elum is a hot spot and they serve great coffee and sandwiches. There is also a coffee shop with WiFi at the round-a-bout between Roslyn and Cle Elum with WiFi. The beds are big and comfortable. The lower floor and patio area is a great place for coolness when it is warm. We played pool on the pool table which was alot of fun. The trees around the property gave it a sense of privacy. The oven is very nice and works well. The remote controls and clocks need new batteries. The overall cabin is very nice and comfortable. I would definately recommend it to a friend or family member. Thank you for renting the cabin to us.

We had a great time at the cabin. It was in a great location. We brought our kids and there was fun stuff for the kids at the cabin and a great street to ride bikes on. The cabin is well-stocked, clean, and perfect for a weekend away from it all.

Absolutely no issues with the house. The layout of this place is great as 3 small families could stay there comfortably and have pretty much their own 1/2 to full bath. Great place and would definitely rent again!

Christmas and this home had just opened up. We packed our bags and left, not really knowing much about the place. When we arrived we were met with a beautiful home and lots of space to sleep and hangout in. It was the perfect house since we had two families staying there. We had a great reunion of the women in our family. However......the master bedroom smelled bad & it turned out there were feces in toilet. Fireplace never worked and would have been nice burning as the snow fell. And I looked specifically for a home with a fireplace. Oven created such a gas smell, all windows had to be opened when using it. Might be dangerous??

We had a wonderful time at the Mountain View Lodge. The kids *loved* the bunk room and exploring the grounds around the house. The trees surrounding the house makes it feel very private even though it is in a neighborhood. We would love to come back in the summer and ride bikes to the community center.

We stayed at the Mountain View lodge over labor day weekend, and had a blast!! The place slept all 8 of us very comfortably, with definitely room for more... I think there were 3 unused beds. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator upon arrival, but with one quick phone call, our issue was solved. This place is in a community of other houses/rentals, but is up off the main area so you feel secluded. The pool at the center was very nice, and the town of roslyn or cle elum is a quick drive away. I would recommend this property to anyone, and will also be looking at other all seasons rentals as they were extremely accommodating and cozy. Thanks for the good time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View lodge over the weekend. We've stayed in Roslyn Ridge through ASVR before and have enjoyed it every time. We've probably enjoyed other ASVR properties more than Mt View lodge...most notably the Woodvine lodge,
but Mt View lodge met our needs for this trip based on our guest count. Not sure if this is a possibility, but if the trees off the deck could be trimmed/cut, there would be an outstanding view of the mountains. Sitting on the deck felt a little confined based

We had a group of three families with kids. This house was perfect for us. Kids shared the bunk-bed room and loved it, they were like on an overnight camp. Adults enjoyed the main floor away from kids playing dowstairs. We cooked our meals and the kitchen was well equipped for that. And the location is perfect with quick access to trails for snowmobilling or just walking, great hills for sledging with kids and beautiful views. Nearby Roslyn provided places for dining out. Overall really great place to stay.

It was great being so close to our daughters' place. Our grandchildren loved it as much as we did. I would definitely recommend this place. The only minor thing was that the coffeemaker still had grounds in it from the last people there. Everyone in the area that we saw were very friendly.

We rented three homes from Wendie & Kevin, who own All Seasons Vacation Rentals this past week at Roslyn Ridge. We did the same thing last year, only different homes. All the homes we have stayed in have been great! I know the entire family, all 25 of us, would say the same thing...Roslyn Ridge is a great place to have a family vacation! And we highly recommend working with Wendie & Kevin, they were very helpful!!

Cons: The rental is part of a complex and right next to other homes, not as it seems at the top of the ridge. The view of the mountains is a stretch. The gas barbeque burst into flames shortly after lighting and burned for 25 minutes fueled by the old grease in the bottom. The master bedroom did not have a closet or hanging place for clothes. One overstuffed chair in the living room had a slit in the arm with the stuffing coming out, similar to the wires hanging from the wall where speakers used to be. The carpet and area rug was filthy and stained. Small, mouse size hole in the floor? For the price, and up scale presentation I would expect more.
Pros: Lots of beds, generally clean except as noted, nice dark night sky. -

Two friends from college got married in Cle Elum so we decided to rent a cabin as a group and have a college reunion of sorts. Mt. View Lodge was very easy to find, very close to the wedding, clean, spacious, and included all the little things we needed to have a great time (cooking utensils to make pancakes in the morning, an iPod jack to play music). I would highly recommend this rental. We all wished we could stay for an entire week. Next time...

This home is a great place for family to gather. We rented it for a week and had my kids come for the first half and my sisters and their families for the second half. Just popped the sheets into the on-site washer and dryer between guests.
Very close to Cle Elum Lake (to be avoided on the weekend unless you like crowds). Great sand castle building and wading in shallow water.
Really enjoyed having my sister's new rescued dog join us. He is a delight!
