My birthday celebration could not have happened in a more beautiful and memorable location. The lodge is beautifully constructed, and provided wonderful accommodation for us. The large patio allowed us to relax and enjoy the long, sunny days. The house itself sits high on the hillside, so the westerly views take in snow-caps mountains including Mt. Rainier. In the evening, a whirlpool soak was just as the doctor ordered.
We had lots of fun running and hiking throughout the area. The bike ride up the road (mostly flat) to Salmon la Sac is absolutely breathtaking. Nearby Roslyn provided fun at the Brick bar, and the Roslyn brewery. We polished off quite a bit of their beer to help ease the birthday pain. -

The lodge is absolutely amazing. Beautiful view, great big hot tub and fire pit. The beds were comfortable and clean. It is a bit expensive but I felt like I got my money's worth and so did all the guests. I would make this an annual trip if it were slightly discounted. Thanks to the owners and to the property mgmt. company!

We had the best time ever at the cabin. We weren't able to use the firepit because it snowed while we were there. Other than that the cabin was amazing. Kevin and wendi were so helpful and made it very smooth as well. can't wait to visit again.

very private, great for snowmobiling, amazing view. Master bedroom and apartment above garage were great. the rest of the sleeping areas were awkward for adults but good if you have kids. Kitchen really needs to be bigger for big groups. Kevin and Wendy were great and would definately recommend them and this property.

The cabin was beautiful, large and spaceous. View of the lake was just gorgeous. It felt like a winter wonderland with snow all around. It is very peaceful and quiet, great time getting away from all the hussle of city life. We had lots of fun cooking, eating and sleding on the slope outside. I would recommend definitely getting chains even for 4 wheele drive. We did have a hard time driving back up that slippery slope with a trailer. Otherwise great winter cabin!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was well designed and appointed with comfortable beds. It felt more like a well cared for home rather than a rental property. The large deck was great for meals, gathering and star gazing. I appreciated Kevin and Wendie's responsiveness and professionalism. Our condolences to those affected by the Taylor Creek fire.

We just celebrated a 30th birthday at the Lookout Lodge. The house isn't huge, but it was comfortable for 8 people. The view is amazing and the hot tub is huge! This was an excellent escape from the city...we hope to return one day!
