The video was good but actually being there was 5 star plus! All the best amenities went into this home for a wonderful stay and comforts of home. Meticulous in every way. Great views and sunsets. You dont even need to leave if you bring plenty of groceries. Perfect for surfing at k38 not avail to anyone, beautifully maintained and private secure grounds. Taco Surf stand just north was great and so was Splash restaurant south a few miles. We will be back!

My friends and I stayed at the condo for 4 days in the beginning of april. We were looking for a quiet peaceful place to recover from jet lag and we found it. We did love staying there. The condo is well furnished and we got everything we needed there. Balcony view is stunning and sound of waves crashing is soothing.

This is a really great apartment with the best location in the area, the condo grounds are lovely and really kept. The apartment is stocked with everything you need, super clean and an amazing view! If you surf, the break is one of the best on the whole coast and it is right outside your doorstep. The owner is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay in this Rosarito Beach condo. The condo was elegantly furnished, with many fancy upgrades, and had everything one might want for a comfortable stay... for me - just looking for a quiet place by the ocean to do some writing and reflection - the best features were the balcony overlooking the ocean and the expansive windows from the living room that also share the ocean view... the property is guarded and felt safe... the owners are friendly and willing to share travel tips...

The first thing you notice when you walk in this condo is the spectacular ocean view! This is a well decorated newer condo about 3 years old. It has everything you need for a relaxing week or weekend. The owners are very accommodating . The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal or just drive 5 min to Puerto Neuvo (lobster village). The complex has a pool with jacuzzi and tennis courts. Don't hesitate to rent!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The view and the sounds of the ocean were very soothing after a busy year and helped us recharge the batteries. This place is very user friendly, beautifully decorated, has all the necessary tools in the kitchen to cook up a storm, and tags on everything for better understanding how it all works.
The resort is kept in tip top shape and the rugged beach is beautiful. Watching surfers, dolphins and seals was our favorite pass time.
It's also very conveniently located, only about 40 minutes from the us border and ideally located to do some daytrips to Ensenada, see the famous blowhole and Puerto Nuevo is literally 5 minutes away, where dozens of lobster restaurants await.
The owners are very attentive and responsive. -

What a Great Time, great waves, lobster and people. The condo was beautiful and well furnished. You can tell that the owners love their place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Facility personnel were very friendly and helpful. Surfed two days of near perfect SW Swells off the point with a few cool locals (mostly expats) that didn't mind sharing waves in the spirit of surfing. Visited Puerto Neuvo where we dined on fresh lobster to our hearts content for under $50 bucks. No better way to end the evening then sitting on the balcony watching a perfect sunset having a cold cerveza:-) Will be back to visit soon, save some waves!

If this was a hotel I would rate it five star! I've traveled and stayed many places in this area of Baja, and I think this condo is by far my favorite. It is very nicely decorated and well organized. I owned a vacation rental in Big Bear so I can tell the amount of time, thought, and heart that went into making this condo what it is. I was only there a short time, but I plan on returning sometime in the future for an extended stay. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home!!

I wanted to take my boyfriend away for his birthday. Somewhere special, away but at the same time close from San Diego, Ca. In my search I found this place. Beautiful condominium! Everything to perfection, in every single detail. My complements to Terry, great sense of taste in her interior design . There is not one single thing I can say negative about this place. My partner loved it so much that he already has people in mind to refer to come visit. He was fascinated! The view from the veranda is expectacular. In the evenings we went to a couple of nice restaurants in the surroundings and of course, we could not leave without visiting Puerto Nuevo for lunch!!!
Thank you so much for making me give my boyfriend a great impression in making his birthday special. It is not a surprise to search for something online and find something totally different when you get there in person. The condo is phenomenal. Went down for a getaway weekend to relax and couldn't have asked for a better place. The community is nice and quiet. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect and everyone is friendly. Go eat tacos at Tancho's fish taco shack just north of the complex. We didn't bring a car and wish we should have, the parking is very secure and it would have been nice to explore outside of walking distance. Terry and Wayne were great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Thanks so much Matt for your kind words...didn't know you wouldn't have a car.....did you find the business cards for Taxi drivers that my daughter's have used in the black binder with all the suggestions for surrounding restaurants, and activities? If they were missing, you can always contact the security personnel at the gate and they will call you a cab. We have not had any problems at all driving down there, and have the assigned parking space for your use directly under the building right next to the elevator lobby. This condo is well kept and equipped with all the little gadgets you need to have a great time without leaving the property. The view is amazing from the veranda. The property is secure and very clean. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The place was absolutely great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing atmosphere. The condo had more than was enough - comfortable beds, cozy couches, great showers, an amazing view, heated pool, great restaurants, and the sound of the ocean.

We had a fantastic restful visit at this lovely condo. The owners have thought of ABSOLUTELY everything you might need....including a Margarita machine!! Life doesn't get much better than sitting out on the veranda listening to the surf and watching the beautiful sunsets.

This condo far exceeded any expectations that we had in terms of value, comfort, location, security, cleanliness, peace and quiet.
Unlike a hotel you pass through a security gate before you can even enter the grounds. The only people on the location are other guest and owners.
There is covered private parking a few steps from the elevator that takes you to your door. And there is only one other condo on the same floor. The
view from the balcony of the ocean and popular surf break is fantastic and private. Open the sliding glass doors and listen to the ocean below. The
condo is spacious, and well furnished. There is a 40" TV with DirecTV; excellent stereo with an iPod hook up, and surround sound, plus a private WiFi connection that was fast-!! Two large bedrooms with King size beds and large private bathrooms attached. The kitchen had everything we needed with
gas appliances, including a large capacity washer and dryer. We left a couple of times to pick up food and bring it back to the apartment from the
nearby fishing village. Other than that we didn't want to leave to go anywhere other than to surf !! The club has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi on
the cliffs overlooking the ocean, and private access to K-38, one of the best surf spots in Northern Baja. Any questions we had were promptly
answered by the owners via email, or on location by the Club's Office staff. We are going back as soon as we can. If you like Baja it doesn't get any
better than this !
I give five stars to everything and recommend it to everyone. The thing I liked best about the condo was that it was on the ocean, private and quiet.

This is the place to stay! The condo was everything we hoped! Terry (the owner)was very helpful and easy to work with. Everything you need is provided. My wife wants me to order us a mattress just like the one we slept on at the condo. The pool was 85 in February! The sunsets were gorgeous. The security was very good, no worries about that.
