2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Las Gaviotas home with an 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to the beach, oceanside association pool, jacuzzi and shuffleboard. Tennis court also located in complex. House comes witha patio with BBQ, clean linens, dishes, and basic cooking utensils and condiments. Other luxuries include a flat screen TV with local cable, DVD player, fireplace and WIFI.
