I loved the Diaz Carriage House - it was the perfect getaway for my vacation. The location to the beach and area amenities was wonderful. I plan to return in the very near future.

We enjoyed staying at this carriage house and cottage in Rosemary. The main house has a great view of the ocean, and you can hear the waves from the wonderful third floor open porch. The house is a little smaller than we anticipated but it is in good condition and one we would recommend renting to friends and family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rosemary Beach. Carriage house was perfect size for a couple of elder-hostel candidates. (We did not use the ladder-accessible loft.) Only minor criticisms: the furniture is old and tired, particularly the bed and the couch (neither is comfortable) and both should be replaced. We never could find the guest pass, and the pool police hassled us as a result. No real issue, however.

The Diaz Carriage House was in a fantastic location. Close to the water, pool and tennis. It is clearly in need of some repair though. Also, if you are a family of four you will find this to be way too small.
