Kitchen stove needs replacing. Not all "eyes" worked. Not cleaned well before we arrived.

For the past several years, we've stayed at a loft at Rosemary Beach. We waited too long this year and were unable to book it. We were skeptical about staying at a new place, but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Dixie Cottage. Every room was very welcoming and well appointed. The only downside to our stay was having to drive well past Rosemary to pick up the key from Southern Vacation Rentals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend Dixie Cottage.

We took a family vacation with our grown son, daughter, son-in-law and grandson. The Dixie Cottage was very clean and had all the conveniences of home. The location is great; just a few blocks from the town square; a few blocks from the beach and just around the corner from the indoor pool, fitness center and tennis courts.
We had a very relaxing time and would return again. -

This cottage was nice to stay in the owners were easy to deal with and rosemary is a great place. The management company that handles the property were not great. The management company did not provide the pool pass that is needed to go to any of the pools in Rosemary (and we were asked every day by employees for our pass...thankfully they did not kick us out of the pools) and the property manager guaranteed me that the home would have a gas grill (so we brought food to grill) and none was present.

I sincerely apologize for any miss information given to you by our property manager. I can understand how frustrating that would be. Since your stay we have looked into your concerns to make sure it will not happen again. Pool bands should have been left in your room and I apologize they were not. In the future please let us know right away and we will have someone from our staff bring those over to you immediately. We hope for another chance to show you and your family why Southern Resorts is the most caring vacation rental company in Northwest Florida.
