Simmons townhouse is an exquisite 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhome located in the distinguished community of Rosemary Beach. As you enter the property you are welcomed into a tranquil courtyard with ample outdoor seating to relax, grill out and enjoy the pleasant Florida weather. Step inside of Simmons To...wnhouse where you’ll find it to be tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. The home features an elevator for easy access to the first through third floors. The dark hardwood floors and crisp white linens throughout give it a clean feel and elegant stature. On the first floor you’ll find an airy sitting room with a sleeper sofa, flat screen tv, and a wet bar for refreshments. There are also two queen bedrooms on the first floor that both feature flat screen tv’s and private bathrooms.
