      We keep going back...

Left on 10/02/2012 for a stay in September 2012

We have used the Cider Mill on a number of occasions to meet up with friends who live in Cardiff. The property is ideal for three coupes as each bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room. The mill is well equipped, with a large kitchen diner, the upstairs lounge is comfortable and boasts a large TV. The mill is always warm and cosy, which is reassuring if you want to have a winter break. Brain and Fran have always been helpful without being intrusive. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Peaceful, comfortable and well-appointed family accommodation wi

Left on 09/01/2011 for a stay in August 2011

We were in the area for a family wedding and decided to make a long weekend of it. Fran and Brian made us very welcome and we were soon enjoying their home-made cakes and cider. The cider mill itself is a wonderful feature and we loved the carefully thought-out decor.
Our family (ourselves and four adult children - two with spouses) were superbly well accommodated in the Cider Mill and Granary. We cooked meals in the well-appointed Cider Mill kitchen, lounged in all the comfy sitting areas (there are masses of books and videos) and entertained guests for coffee in the lovely garden overlooking the panorama of the Malvern Hills. If we'd been there longer we would probably have made use of the many games and playing cards as well as the barbecue. Our daughter and her husband cycled all around the area, which is delightful - lovely meandering rivers, rolling hills and plenty of pubs.

All in all, a thoroughly successful weekend. Thank you.

      The Best!

Left on 04/18/2011 for a stay in April 2011

This was quite the best self catering cottage we have stayed in. We had booked for six but we ended up only four, however, the cottage would have comfortably accommodated three couples with three en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small size but Brian and his wife had thought of everything; the cottage was extremely well equipped, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and situated in the most glorious countryside with spectacular views - what more can I say!

      Peaceful Break

Left on 04/13/2011 for a stay in February 2011

Every year I try to spend a few days relaxing at this haven of tranquility. As a full time carer for my husband I try and get a short respite break, and this cottage suits me perfectly. The welcome by the owners is always warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I find the local towns are excellent for shopping and the surrounding countryside is beautiful at any time of year. I just love to sit and watch the birds at the feeders outside the window and when the mood takes me I go off in the car and explore!

An excellent place for a white Christmas

Left on 03/29/2011 for a stay in December 2010

We stayed in the Cider Mill, which we found very comfortable, cosy and well equipped. There would have been plenty of room for six, although we were only four. The cottage is nicely converted and well thought out and appointed.

It has lovely views across a rural landscape to the Malvern Hills, which were enhanced by snow for our stay. It's in the countryside so shops etc. are a car drive away, but only a few minutes. Country walks are right on the doorstep. The photos on their web site don't do it justice: both the cottage and the surroundings are nicer than they manage to portray.

Brian and Fran were welcoming, friendly and helpful and went to a lot of effort to clear the drive of snow ready for us.

We wouldn't hesitate to rebook if the occasion arose. I'm sure it would be lovely any time of the year.

      Extremely enjoyable

Left on 03/29/2011 for a stay in March 2011

My husband & I booked to stay with two other couples - very old friends. We all arrived Friday evening and were met with a lovely welcome by Mrs Robbins who showed us around. The situation is breath-taking with the Malvern hills on the horzon. We spent 2 days out & about the area & had no problems at all with the accommadation. we would certainly recommend it.

      Perfect cottage, perfect location.

Left on 01/25/2011 for a stay in October 2010

I have stayed at this cottage every for over 6 years now! We have stayed in the Cider Mill and The Granary. Both are fantastic. The location is wonderful - brilliant views over the Malvern Hills. It is very quiet and peaceful. Both cottages have everything you need and are clean and cosy. Around the area there are many things to do and some great areas to explore - Hereford, Ross-On-Wye, Forest of Dean. I would thoroughly recommend staying at either of the cottages.

      A lovely comfy cottage.

Left on 10/28/2010 for a stay in September 2010

I saw this cottage on line and thought this seems good value for a weeks holiday and I was not wrong. Woodredding Farm is easy to find on the main road but due to it's raised location you loose sight and sound of any traffic and can enjoy spectacular veiws across the surrounding countryside. I used to watch a very large bird of prey catching the thermals outside the sitting room window some mornings. Excellent location for visiting the local attractions and very restful. Fran was away during our stay but Brian was an excellent host and we felt that we could have gone to him if we needed any help. Given that two properties are next to each other this location would suit a group as well as a couple like us wanting a quiet break.
