This wonderful cottage in Whitchurch, Herefordshire, sleeps up to twenty one people in six bedrooms. Portland House is a wonderful, large home in Whitchurch, Herefordshire. With six en-suite bedrooms, and two sofabeds, it sleeps up to twenty one people - perfect for a group of friends or a couple of families to escape. The house also has a ground floor bathroom and ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area, a dining room with open fire, sitting room with open fire, a second sitting room, a utility, boot room and a small conservatory. Outside there is a large garden with patio, lawn and summer house, off road parking for five cars an...d 2 roadside parking spaces. With walks from the doorstep, and space for everyone to relax, Portland House is a great family cottage.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
