Lovely home situated overlooking a canal in Rotonda. Peaceful location, yet minutes to shopping and beaches.
On entry into the spacious and well furnished home, there is formal dining room on the right with table and chairs. On the left there is a den with sleeper sofa and tv.
The large living room is beautifully furnished in tropical tones and has sofas, coffee tables, TV, DVD and music system. French doors onto the pool area. The kitchen is off the living room and is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Casual dining area overlooks the kitchen which has aquarium window overlooking the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very spacious villa on Rotonda. It is in a peaceful location with views over a canal. The lanai is exceptionally large with plenty of sitting space by the pool with its waterfall feature. There was a variety of wildlife to be observed from the lanai with a Northern Flicker woodpecker visiting the palm tree being a particular highlight.
The villa is very well equipped with everything you need for indoors, in the lanai and on the beach.
There are excellent beaches only 15 minutes away where shark's teeth can be found. Sarasota, Venice, Boca Grande and Myakka state park are all in easy reach and well worth visiting.
We would be happy to return for another holiday in this lovely villa. -

Good access to local amenities including local beaches, golf and water sports. There is a good range of excellent places to eat out and the area is well served by the main supermarket chains.

Villa is well equip and clean. It's a pleasure to stay there.
Rotonda is very peacefully.
I would suggest this place for elderly who want a relaxing holiday.
The beach is nearby, ten minutes drive and is beautiful. Lot to do there, boat rent, fishing canoe rent etc.
You can use the local restaurants 10 min drive or take a 25 min drive for apple bees olive garden outback stake house etc.
For the local restaurants I suggest You contact your agent Lesly she is very helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. The house itself was lovely, really nice big pool and deck area. Kitchen has everything you could want in utensils etc - a home from home. The furnishings were very comfortable, plenty of space in bedrooms, & t.v. rooms, so family weren't on top of each other. The area is very quiet, but within easy drive of lots of beaches and interesting places. Possibly too quiet for some people, but perfect to unwind after hectic time in Orlando.
