What a great spacious home. So well equipped and as added bonus has games room in garage to keep the kids quiet!
On entry there is spacious living room that over looks the front garden with comfortable furniture.
Open plan formal dining overlooking the pool through glass sliding doors.
The master bedroom is to the left of house and has queen bed, and huge bathroom with walk in shower, bathtub and double vanity. TV in master bedroom.

There are hundreds of Florida villas available to rent, but we feel we found one that is a bit different. When we walked in, we felt we were walking into a home, not a rental property. The owners sommehow made us welcome in their home, even though they were not there - open and honest communications before we left, helpful agent while we where there, and good quality of accommodation. All this made a really special holiday in a region of open space, gentle waterways, graceful birds and extraordinarily blue sea, not too far away. We found the West coast of Florida very restful - a warm taste of laid back america. We look forward to going back soon.

We had a truly lovely time at this lovely villa. Fantastically equipped with everything we needed. The owners were really helpful in planning our stay too. We have stayed in many villas in recent years but this one is definitely a home from home rather than your typical "holiday villa". It has the extra touches which make your holiday complete.
We visited with our grandchildren who loved the games room & made full use of the bikes and scooters exploring the area.
Lovely to sit watching the fascinating wildlife from the lanai. -

Nice house within a quiet neighborhood. Walked along the road each morning and was greeted by friendly neighbors. But, don't break the rules...they will report you! Don't let the "green" water in the pool freak you out. It took us a while to figure out the pool walls are painted green, it's not algae. Only one bedroom has a television, so if you like to fall asleep to the tv, your options are limited.

This is the first time we have taken two weeks off to vacation. We went with 5 other friends and were very pleased when we stepped inside the house. It was beautifully decorated and roomy. We had so much fun we decided to cook almost every night and enjoy the linai and pool after dinner! The game room was a delightful suprise that we all enjoyed.

We had a fantastic stay at your beautfiul villa. Everything we required was already at the villa - it is so well equipped & kept adults & children entertained. Lovely secluded villa to relax by the pool & also convenient for all local beachers & shopping!

Our first time staying in a villa, found the whole experience like a home away from home with everything you need all provided. Location was great for us as all we needed was within walking distance or a short drive away. Husband was happy with fishing and golf while the rest of us enjoyed the pool to ourselves. Fort Myers and Tampa is worth the drive out if you hire a car. We have already booked for our second visit. Would definitely recommend this anyone.

Marker Rd. is a great house for a large family. We travel with our 2 boys and my mom. This house is great for the fam, my mom takes the master on one side of the house and we take the other wing with the three bedrooms, it works out great. The pool area is perfect and the game room is good entertainment for the evening!

Had a superb stay at this villa - very well equipped & clean - we could want for nothing!
Good communication from both owners who we booked with and management company - gave us lots of advice.
Lovely pool, games room, near beautiful beaches - basically everything you could wish for in a beautiful setting.
The owners also left golf & fishing equipment which was really handy & the locals were really friendly. -

We have stayed in many holiday homes up & down the florida coast along the years, but this is by far the best house we have stayed in. It really does have it all - it keeps the kids happy with the fantastic pool, games room, & bikes - It keeps the husband happy with the golf and fishing equipment all provided for us and it also kept me happy as it has a private lanai area for sunbathing, loads of books to choose from and a lovely quiet lounge area for relaxing.
To top it all it's near some gorgeous beaches - thank you for your recommendations and your advice, we'll certainly be looking at visiting again. -

We stayed here for 1 week and had an excellent time, the house is equipped with everything you need for a good holiday , from pool toys, bikes, games, books beach equipment.
The location is good for visiting local beaches and exporing up and down the gulf coast.

Stayed here for our 2nd week after a hectic first week in orlando.Villa was clean and tidy and contained everything you could wish for . There was a games room,Wii and 4 cycles.Everything is there for the beach and pool and a comfortable house to relax in.Near plenty of beaches and restaurants.
