Very nice home, newly furnished and fully equipped where you would be happy to spend a great Florida vacation.
On entry you enter into spacious living room which is equipped with comfortable sofas, large
TV with DVD and large glass sliders overlooking the pool. The open plan kitchen is off the living room and is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is dining area with large table and chairs for 6.
The master bedroom has queen size bed, and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen size bed and the third bedroom has full size bed. There is a second full bathroom.

Mackinaw City, MINice comfy home!

We stayed in this home in Rotonda West for about 2 months. It is in a very quiet neighborhood where we felt safe and took walks every day. The pool if refreshing, and clean. We felt it was just big enough for my husband and I to feel right at home. Ft. Myers airport and Sarasota's airport are within a 45 min. drive. The grocery store was 10 minutes away and Port Charlotte offered lots of restaurants, shopping malls, and movie theater. The home was equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and pool toys. There is also a baby furniture rental in Englewood where we rented a crib for our granddaughter when they visited. The crib was clean and they delivered it to our door and picked it up. I definitely would recommend this home to anyone who wants a nice quiet rest away from the hustle and bustle of Floriday. We attended a Rays baseball game when they played our Tiger team. We also traveled to Lakeland to see the Tigers play. The Englewood beach is nice, but we also went north to the number 1 beach in america at Seista Key. The sand at Siesta Key is white and cool to the touch even in hot weather. Englewood Beach sand is mostly made of sea shells and sharks teeth (which we found many of). Watching the sunset at Englewood Beach was one of our favorite passtimes. We do not golf, but there are many golf courses within a few minutes drive in the area.

Planned to explore the delights of Florida Gulf Coast with UK family (2 teenage daughters). The location was perfect enabling easy access to the Everglades to the south or the varied attractions towards the Tampa area. Englewood is conveniently nearby for basic provisions and offers ability to enjoy many local towns and beaches. Arrived late evening but good directions and arrangements to pick up keys by agent meant hassle-free introduction for those not so familiar. The villa is in the quiet Rotunda neighbourhood and which we particularly appreciated. It is a perfect size for family of 4; very comfortable and well furnished providing all the necessary facilities; clean and to a good standard which was also appreciated. Pool, TV in both master bedroom and lounge with DVD player and Internet (after some re-setting assistance from agent) ensured all entertained when simply relaxing and enjoying the villa. We loved the charm of some of the small towns and the Florida wildlife we discovered and the villa provided a relaxing welcome upon our return after such exhausting exploration. Would be happy to return again to explore this diverse and rewarding area of Florida.
