Situated right on the golf course where you can sit in the screened-in lanai and watch the golfers making their way down two fairways.
Located at the end of a long cul-de-sac with very little traffic for easy walking.
The Hills Clubhouse and Restaurant is located conveniently down the street and has the best all-you-can-eat dining deals on Wednesday and Friday nights.
The property has a beautiful heated in-ground swimming pool for your leisure pleasure and an outdoor sitting and dining area.

Rotonda West is a deed-restricted community situated in west Charlotte County, FL. It is an unusual subdivision, in that it is shaped like an incomplete wagon wheel. A closed, fresh-water canal system surrounds the outside of the "wheel" and travels inside each of the pie-shaped wedges forming the subdivisions of the development.
The Oakland Hills section once sported Ed McMahon as a home owner. In 1973, the inaugural edition of a television special called Superstars, featuring athletes from different sports competing in various events, was filmed in Rotonda.
