A luxurious home situated at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking the Pinemoor West golf course in Rotonda West. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps up to 6 people with ease.
The large Great Room has cathedral ceilings and encompasses the living room, dining area and open plan kitchen and has a wall of sliders leading out to the lanai and pool deck area. The master bedroom has a king bed, sliders on two walls out to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and marble tub. We've been traveling to florida and staying in the Englewood area for at least 20 years. We taken advantage of the rentals through Place in the Sun for at least 15 of those years. Our stays have been for usually 6 weeks but never less than 4 weeks. We've stayed in probably 10 different of their rentals. We have always found all of the rentals very clean and well funished and Place in the Sun has always been responsive to our needs.
