This well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a private solar heated pool and will sleep 6 to 8 people comfortably. The large caged pool deck extends the entire back of the house and faces a small freshwater canal in Rotonda West.
The cathedral ceiling of the Great Room together with the wall of sliders to the lanai area give the house a light and airy feel. The open-plan area has living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, two sets of sliders to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and marble tub. A delightful house everything you needed. Sunshine all day and early evening. Close to all golf courses and only a 15 minute drive to englewood beach.
The service from Place in the Sun was excellent nothing was to much trouble.
