The private, solar heated pool is south facing so the sun is

on the pool throughout most of the day.

The pool is screened with a large deck, barbeque grill, patio table,

Rotonda West is a peaceful, planned community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers.

Sarasota is within a short driving distance for shopping. Day trips
to Disney, Universal Studio, and Bush Gardens are just a couple of
hours away.
