This large home boasts 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms -- full size family room - great room and separate dining room.

The Lanai area also has its own attached half bathroom for added

convenience.

Family Areas:

There is a luxurious spacious formal great room and dining room.

The family room has TV with cable, as well as a DVD player. All

rooms, including the lanai, are equipped with a radio/ intercom

speake...r system.

Catering Facilities:

The kitchen includes everything you should need including a

microwave oven, ceramic cook top range, huge fridge with icemaker

and plenty of dishes, utensils, etc.

Full laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer and laundry tub

sink are included.

Pool Details:

The private, electrically heated pool with spa is West facing so the

sun is on the pool area right through until late evening.

(Please note that electric pool heating is an optional extra $75

charge per week to cover the cost of electric.)

The pool is screened with a large deck,the summer kitchen is ideal

for entertaining, patio table, six chairs and four sun loungers. The

Additional Location Information

Rotonda West is a peaceful, planned community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers.

The community contains 8,000 home sites with over 5,000 homes completed. Residents are predominantly full-time homeowners and their families, as well as snow birds who winter in the community and holidaymakers from all over the world. This is truly an international community.

There are six golf courses operated by Rotonda Golf and Country Club. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing and boating opportunities for its residents.

Many exotic and beautiful birds call Rotonda West home, as it is a designated Bird Sanctuary. Nearby recreation facilities, beaches, theaters, sporting events, and fine restaurants are available for all.

Beach activities: sun bathing, boating and fishing; hunting for
shells and sharks teeth; checking out turtle nests; bird and sunset
watching and an occasional dolphin and manatee, if you are lucky.
There are several waverunner and boat rental facilities within a
mile from the house. Biking and hiking, or spend some time at Stump
Pass State Park - a wildlife sanctuary just down from the beach.
There are lots of golfing oportunities nearby. With another brand
new course that is now open.
Sarasota is within a short driving distance for shopping. Day trips
to Disney, Universal Studio, and Bush Gardens are just a couple of
hours away.

  Gorgeous place to spend family vacation. Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood with a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The layout of the house was absolutely perfect. We really recommend this place.

  This model is the Picasso and works so well for vacations as it has an open plan design and offers the "wow" factor. Nothing like the spa after a long day at the beach!

  We had an amazing stay with Florida Gold homes, the house was just beautiful, spacious and luxurious . The house and pool were immaculate and we enjoyed many a sunset at the nearby beach- Wonderful!
