This Gulf Coast villa has canal views over a very large garden, it is south facing for all day sun so sit back and relax beside the pool.
The villa has a modern feel with clean tiled floors and a stunning view, you will find a well equiped kitchen and even a outside dining area with BBQ. You will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the family bathroom has a connecting door to the pool deck.
The great room has sliding doors to the deck area and the open plan kitchen has everything you will require during your stay.

This villa has a superb setting on the Gulf Coast, you will find a choice of beeches within a ten minute drive with some of the best family run restaurants in florida. If you are a golfer then this is the place for you with a choice of 5 courses within the development.
If you just want to relax then just stay beside the large sola heated pool or vist the beach, in the eveing make use of the BBQ and eat in the outside dining area. Pool toys are normally available for the younger ones and a Fast internet connection for the teenagers.

After spending a week in Orlando, this villa is just what we wanted for the second part of our holiday.
The villa is clean, spacious, comfortable and very homely feeling.
We were very impressed with how equipped the villa was, there really was nothing more we could have wanted, -even for my partner who is a very keen cook & bbq'er.
The location was ideal, 10 minutes to beautiful beaches (the welcome book will tell you where to go), close to lovely restaurants, and stunning golf courses.
We look forward to returning next year and thank you to the owner for maintaining such a beautiful villa. -

Booking this villa was so easy. Just an e-mail, cheque in the post, then confirmation by another e-mail. The key was waiting for us when we arrived.
The villa was very comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect in an american home. We especially liked the gas bbq out on the lanai. We actually used the lanai more than any other room.
It is located near the supermarkets,restaurants and only a few miles from the golden sands of the Gulf beaches. Here you can hire boats,canoes or kayaks and go fishing.
The pool is a good size though it is shaded first thing in the morning. From the lanai we have seen Ibis,Egrets and Ospreys. Once we even saw a pair of Racoons frolicking in the early morning sun.
We have enjoyed staying in this villa 2 or 3 times in the last 9 years.
