A large family or group of friends will be very happy in this recently and fully restored 18th century French country house with its own private swimming pool. It has beautiful views of the Luberon mountains and the nearby villages and countryside are perfect for exploring. The villa is very private yet it is close to shops and grocery stores and restaurants. It is a perfect base for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or just enjoying a book and relaxing around the pool.

(10,000 m2) A private hectare landscaped in flower and trees. The villa is a fully restored 18th century two level country house; it has a large tiled terrace (430 m2)... and furnished pool area with 14 deck chairs. There is a BBQ in the garden area. The swimming pool has built in steps and measures 11 meters x 7 meters x 190 at the deep end. There is a 50 m2 pool house and a separate guest bathroom and a warm water shower. There is parking on the grounds with room for 4 cars in the carport area.

The villa is furnished in very high quality and comfortable furniture. Many of the ceilings have exposed wooden beams and tiled floors.

Ground Floor: The villa opens up into a large (50 m2) living room with a large fireplace and comfortable seating. It has a satellite TV, stereo and DVD. It also has a dining area with dining table. There is an eat-in kitchen with an open floor plan and is ideal for family gatherings. The kitchen has an oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is one bedroom with queen size (160 cm mattress) bed on the exit to the terrace. It has a bathroom with bathtub. There is another bathroom with queen size (160 cm mattress) bed on the exit to the veranda. It has a bathroom with shower. There are also three twin bedded rooms on the ground floor for a total of six more beds. Each twin bedded room has its own bathroom with shower. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

First Floor: The upstairs has a gallery with a satellite TV, stereo and DVD. It also has two bedrooms with queen size (160 cm mattress) beds and en-suite bathroom with showers. There is access to a large (20 m2) veranda with access to the terrace and swimming pool.

Apartment: There is a small (60 m2) apartment available for rent. It is connected to the house and has a lounge area and a queen size (160 cm mattress) bed. It has a small open kitchen with oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher and a separate bathroom with shower.

The property is in region of Provence and is located near (4 Km) the resort village of Roussillon. It is about 2 Km from shops and grocery stores and is on a quiet gentle hillside overlooking the countryside.

  The villa provided a very good house for 11 adults with an active lifestyle. The weather was perfect, allowing us to relax by the pool.
  
  Location was good for visiting local towns. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable.The kitchen worked well for the private chef/group meals preparation.
  
  The towns easily reached within 15 minutes to an hour.

  We loved the property and the location was great. We were very comfortable with such a large group.
  
  The house was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Each bedroom was very nice with a great bathroom. The view was spectacular and the glass sun room helped us appreciate it. The location was close to many beautiful hill towns.
  
  The hill towns, the market days, the history, and the art were magnificent.

  Our experience in Provence was everything we had anticipated.
  The mountains, the valleys, the beautiful small villages, the visit to Arles and St Remy for the path of the artist Van Gogh, the Pont Du Gard aqueduct, the beautiful Cliffs of Cassis the wine region of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Everyone should have this magnificent experience.
  
  The Villa, Mas Roussillon, is a private property with a beautiful view of the Luberon mountains and located just 2 km from the charming village of Apt - well worth strolling through the narrow streets for shopping.
  
  There were twelve of us women and there was not a single complaint regarding the villa. We were all so pleased with our choice.
  
  Easy access to shopping for pleasure and daily runs to the grocery store!

  It was an excellent experience - our disappointment was that we had not reserved for two weeks.
  
  The pool area, along with having 2 kitchens. This was great when we had the Chef cook for the adults, and the children were taken care of by their mothers at an earlier time in the major kitchen.
  
  The ability to visit other small communities.

  A very unique and pleasant experience.
  
  Its location is great. Very large house with almost all the required facilities. A great swimming pool with many outdoor facilities.
  
  No air conditioning.
  
  Being on a high private area. Very close to all the Luberon attractions. Close to every interesting tourist point in Provence.
