Alpine Oasis is a beautiful single level 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on the north side of town. You will be located about halfway between downtown and the turn off to Ski Apache. The whole house, including the decks and one of the bathrooms is wheelchair friendly. Enjoy a spacious living room with a big flat screen TV and very comfortable seating. There is also a den with a desk and card table. The dining table has space for 6 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Step outside to the large back deck and enjoy the clean Ruidoso air. You will be surrounded by tall pines with views of the hills beyond. The garage offers a foosball table...Read more

When we arrived it was very easy to locate the office and pick up the keys to the property. The house,we refer to as our ''little cabin in the woods'', was beautiful, had plenty room, was incredibly clean and very accessible (the entire house). The location was great with Ruidoso a rocks throw away, yet felt comfortably isolated and private. We really enjoyed the decks all around the house and the view (specially from the master bedroom), was awesome! The central heat and air was really great and I stayed perfectly warm during the cool evenings. I'm a quadriplegic and have been lots of places...on a scale of 1-10, I'de give it a 9...nothin's perfect ~

This is by far the best house we have rented in Ruidoso! Close enough to town. Very comfortable and pretty, too! Loved the back deck, could stay there all day. Would recommend this to handicapped people because it is completely set up for that. Great House!!

A great property and one I will gladly rent again when the opportunity is presented. Could not have been more pleased with svc or the prop. Location was great.
