Aspen Run Condominiums are located on the Cree Meadows Golf Course less than a mile from midtown Ruidoso. The Cree Meadows Country Club is open to the public, so you may just walk over for a meal at their restaurant or beverage at their lounge. Aspen Run Condominium #3B is a single level two bedroom condo right on the golf course. It has an open floor plan, attractive decor and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. This was a very nice place to stay in beautiful surroundings. The patio turned out to be our favorite spot. I cannot brag enough about the Condotel staff and the way they salvaged our vacation---there were some problems with the first rental that were beyond anyone's control. The crew at Condotel went out of their way to make sure we were relocated with as little inconvenience as possible. I will recommend them to everyone.

Condotel is wonderful to work with. The condo had easy access to everything we wanted to do and was far enough away from noisey areas to enjoy time on the great patio.

Spring BranchAspen Run Condo #3B

Dealing with Condotel Corp. was easy. The staff was very helpful in recommending different housing from houses to condos and check in and check out was a breeze. After looking at many choices we chose aspen Run Condos for its location, size and level position. Several had too many stairs/steps to suit us. We spent two weeks and the condo was great especially the back porch. Mornings and evenings were spent sitting on the porch watching the hummingbirds feed including a baby whose mother was feeding him in a nearby bush. A couple of golf balls came close, but we were never hit! There was an issue with the air conditioner, but a repair person came quickly and attempted to make repairs. Repairs were finally done on the second trip and it really wasn't a huge problem. It was nice to have the Golf Course Restaurant nearby. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, etc. and lots of room to sit for eating, both inside and outside. The baths are a bit small, but that would not keep us from returning. One plus was both bedrooms had king beds each we liked and the beds were very comfortable.

This rental property was very nice. I liked the location. The property was close to my family who stayed at the lookout estates.
