Il Bel Far Niente is an Italian expression meaning, "The beauty of doing nothing". This gogeous two bed room cabin is the perfect spot to practice this philosophy. Enter the kitchen and main living area with a wood burning fireplace and big flat screen TV. The guest room is around the corner with a queen bed and tiled shower bathroom. Open the door to the deck for a great mountain view, outdoor seating and a gas grill. Downstairs find a second living room with another flat screen TV and access to a second deck. This two story gem was exactly as stated and provided a wonderful getaway for us and our son and his wife. It was quiet, scenic, serene and yet close enough to everything else. There was every modern convenience in a mountaintop location, and the people of Condotel were simply a joy to work with!

Reservations for this home was handled through the Condotel office. Smooth processing, cheerful staff, no hitches. Bel Far is a very nice home with wonderful amenities. It is decorated in a Tuscan/Italian decor with a Southwest twist. There are two outside small decks that barely accomodated 4 adults. It would have been nice to have a larger deck to enjoy the outdoor freshness and view of the mountains. However, overall, we'd have to rate the accomodations as very good to excellent. The home is close to a grocery store which made it easy to get food and beverages. We would not recommend this rental to persons with mobility issues. The lower level stairs to the bottom bedroom/living area are steep and would be a challenge to a person with disabilities. This is our first home rental in Ruidoso so it is hard to rate it against other home rentals in the area. I don't think you will regret renting this home.
