Enjoy beautiful Upper Canyon with your own river frontage in a quiet spot on the far west side of Ruidoso. The Mescalero Apache Reservation line is walking distance up the road to a campground that they operate in the summer. River's Edge is a very cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with a great back deck and fenced yard. All on one level find the master with a king and the guest room with a queen. This cabin is very comfortable for 4 people, but the sleeper sofa allows space for 6 if needed. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware for that home cooked meal. Esperábamos una cabaña mas grande y con techos altos.
La alfombra tenia unos tornillos salidos y lastimaban al caminar.

We regret that River’s edge didn’t meet your expectations. Since your departure the all the carpet at River’s Edge has been replace with tile flooring. Its honest opinions such as yours that make us aware of things that will make our vacation homes more comfortable; in return allowing us the opportunity to make improvements.
Nos disculpamos que River's Edge no cumple con sus expectativas. Desde su salida todo de la alfombra en River's Edge ha sido reemplazar con pisos de baldosas. The cabin was nice and comfortable. I liked the full kitchen capabilities and functioning grill outside on the beautiful patio. Great view and Proximal to the creek and hiking trails. Located in the beauty of the upper canyon. Easy parking and covered car port. Recommended.

Very nice and quiet. Had most of what we needed.
A few lights wouldn't work and could have used more towels, but otherwise was fantastic -

Liked the house very much, loved the deck, liked the covered parking and would have come back to it again this year but it was already booked. Even had a bear for us to watch

We love the location of River's Edge! Being close to the river was nice! We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the wildlife! The house was perfect for our needs. We brought our furry friends and we were pleasantly surprised to find a doggie door! Our dogs were right at home in minutes! The fenced in front yard was just right for them! The house itself was cozy and really cute. The staff at Condotel was very accommodating and made us feel very special with a nice parting gift. The only suggestions I have is to advertise the doggie door to attract future guests and provide more linens, especially in the kitchen. The house was a little dusty when we arrived, so maybe a quick walk thru to tidy up a bit if the property has been vacant a while. We also had a problem with centipedes inside and a few spiders, but it is the mountains. Other than that...it was great!
