This great 3 bedroom house is right on the river, the Rio Ruidoso. You will have rare river frontage that does not look across the river to another house – just trees. Enter the great room with comfortable seating, TV, DVD, dining area and a real wood burning stove for those chilly winter nights. The guest rooms downstairs offer a queen in one and a king in the other with a shared bathroom. Upstairs is the master suite and a loft with a foosball table and other games. When we arrived everything was in its place & very clean. Enjoyed the place as it was spacious. Would stay there again if we have the same amount of people going.

We celebrated last Christmas on this property, it is loacated near everything. A wlaking distance to downtown. Very spaceous and cozy. Kids friendly. The river on the back yard made it a real adventure for the kids. We had a blast.

There were a couple of things that happened, couldn't turn on the Christmas lights, or at least couldn't figure out how to and the alarm went off when we first opened the door and had to call to get the code, but other than that we loved the house. We really enjoyed the football table. It was nice to put the kids upstairs and the adults downstairs. Everything was exceptionally clean and the whole house was comfortable. You should try this one, but hopefully not during the same time we want to go back!!! :)

This was a very nice/spacious cabin.
I have tried other rental agencies in Ruidoso...Condotel is great! -

The house is spacious and well located. Could use some updating but is comfortable. While we enjoyed it very much the rental price seemed high. The main draw back was the washer/dryer in the master bath. It makes it hot and there is no a/c upstairs and awkward for guests who stay downstairs.
The location is best- close to town but relatively secluded. Not much kitchen storage. Furniture is comfotable. Decks are great.
Condotel mgt is very good.
