This property is for sale. Any reservation exceeding 30 days from today's date can not be guaranteed. This recently built 2 bedroom condo is within easy walking distance of downtown Ruidoso. You will find a TV with DVD for entertainment in the living room and TVs in each bedroom as well. There is a cozy sitting area in front of the woodburning fireplace. The bedrooms offers king size beds and each has a private bathroom. There is a washer and dryer for laundry and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The service provided was excellent. Professional staff in the office when we picked up keys when we returned keys.
The townhouse was confortable, clean, had everything we need to feel at home.
The location was great, walking distance to town yet peacefull quiet place.
Amenities were everything we need without having to bring anything from home except for your personal items.
What I liked the best on this townhouse is the decor and colors of the place.
What I liked least was no air-condition. It was a little hot yet tolerable. Would ben efir from at least more fans. There was only one fan in the living room and the fans in the bedrooms but it was still a little hot. -

This was a really nice place to stay. I was extremely dispointed that it did not have a/C. If you were staying in cooler months it would not be a problem.

We make every attempt to let our guests know that most properties do not come with air conditioning in our cover letter. Unfortunately, we can have some warm days in June. We hope that you will come and stay with us again, and we can confirm the availability of air conditioning on any particular unit. I

For a summer stay, I cannot recomment this property. There is no air-conditioning and we were not very comfortable even with the doors open. The towels in the bathroom were not very nice and the carpet throughout was in need of cleaning. The downstairs was nicer than upstairs.

We appreciate your comments. There are certainly days in Ruidoso when it is unusually warm and a cooling system would certainly add to your comfort. We will replace the towels immediately, and address the carpets. It is this constructive feedback that helps us make sure that our guests have the best vacation experience.
