Description from the manager
Bear Foot Lodge is a beautiful three story, two bedroom log home with two and a half bathrooms in the Upper Canyon. This cabin will comfortably sleep six people. You will find a king in the lofted master on the top level. The guest room offers another king and a set of bunk beds on the lower level. The kitchen and living room with deck access are on the middle level. There is a hot tub and a gas grill on the decks. Plan on seeing a lot of deer around and even bear in the summer. You will be within walking distance to the river. NO PETS ALLOWED and NO SMOKING!

I have always wondered why everyone always wants to vacation and have vacation homes in New Mexico. Now I'm among the many who know why. I'm a little reluctant to advertise too much in fear of our little secret getting out, but here goes...
The massive 14 point mule deer, the fresh clean aromas, the cool morning and evenings, the feeling that you are in the woods all alone, the lack of any noise other than wildlife. It was an experience I will repeat. The lodge in which we stayed was very impressive. It had everything you might need and some utensils that I didnt have at home. The Bearfoot Lodge was beautiful and out of sight from civilization. Just 7 minutes from the shops, stores, and theaters...the perfect location in the upper canyon.

Bear Foot Lodge was truly an amazing home. This home is beautiful Inside and Out!!! Our favorite part was just "hanging" out on the porch. It has a great porch and the wildlife was awsome, Beautiful Mule Deer, Wild Turkey and then one afternoon came the Black Bear. This home is perfect for 4 people and definitely plenty of room. Great taste in decorating and everything was there we needed. Grilled Steaks one nite and truly did not want to leave when it was time to go home... It truly was "Paradise" and we were so blessed to have the owners share this beautiful home with us. A Big Thank You to them... they have a beautiful home in a perfect setting!!!

This cabin is top of the line, and very well maintained. Beautiful property lots of wildlife to enjoy, as well as a peacful and calm area for rest and relaxation. With plenty of room for 4 or more, little bit more of a drive from town then we expected, but for what the cabin offers it is well worth it. The professionalism that we experienced with the condotel corporation was definately top rated. We will continue to use them for all our reservations needs in the future.

The Bear Foot Lodge is a very unique cabin. The log cabin is beautiful. The architecture and function of the space was wonderful. The kids loved having their own separate space downstairs. The bunkbeds installed in the wall was very cool and like sleeping in a cave. We enjoyed all the convenience of home with the on site washer & dryer. The view from the cabin is beautiful. We also loved the property itself...very spacious. The kids enjoyed playing on the corner lot with their sleds. It has covered parking and a hot tub. The lodge is also conveniently located. We would 100% rent again for our next winter fun vacation.

Bear Foot Lodge is the perfect little cabin tucked away in the Upper Canyon. A custom built cabin decorated to perfection, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to Ruidoso for over twenty years and this is one of the most perfect cabins we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

Condotel Corporation is a top notch rental company with quality clean private rentals. Bear Foot Lodge is beautiful, clean and nicely appointed. The location is quite and peaceful. The hot tub is a great addition.

My overall experience was excellent. We were a family of 4, husband, aunt and mother. We had a great time here, even though there was a snow storm for 3 days and was not much to do. We enjoyed the casinos and shopping around. I will absolutely recommend this cabin and I am looking forward to renting it again during summer. I can't wait to be in Ruidoso and enjoy more of the outdoor activities without the snow. Although, my main purpose for this trip was to see and enjoy the snow, which I did. The cabin is cozy and elegant, and could also be a perfect romantic getaway for a couple. Not a bad idea, now that say it, maybe a good way to surprise my husband for our next wedding annivesary.
