Description from the manager
Cubhouse offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms between two mountain cabins that are joined with a covered hall. The left side has three bunk beds with twins on top and fulls on the bottom in one bedroom, a single bunk bed in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. The right side has a king in the master and a queen with a twin in the second bedroom. Altogether you may sleep 20 guests.There are two kitchens and two livingrooms, two gas grills and a hot tub on the large deck. This is a wonderful way to accommodate a big group or family. We stayed here for a weekend and it was fantastic!! A large group of 20 was well accommodated. The place was clean, everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time away from home. The scenery was amazing and the wildlife is domesticated, an overall awesome experience. We would definitely rent this cabin out again!!

Service was great!
I liked and had stay before but it need alot of updates upstairs bathroom was not useable because water was dripping the first floor beadroom. Spiral stairs need to be grease or something. Need better TV sets. Location is great! Just we pay to much money not be be comfortable or with better things. -

We had a family of 6 adults and 8 preteens and teens, and it was a great place for all of us, the pool table and hottub were a hit!!Having 2 kitchens was wonderful! We had a great time with all of us being able to be in one place and not having to rent multiple places. We all want to come back again !! thx

We travel as a group from South Texas every year for the american Futurity and we always stay at one of the Condotel resorts. The Cub House was very comfrotable and very well kept. I would definitely recommend this home for use by my friends and colleagues. This "home" allowed to us to have a very memorable experience in the Mountains of Ruidoso! See you soon again!. This is our second time renting this cabin, and it acommodates big families. The only downside is that the minimum night rentals during the holidays have increased from 5 to 7 nights minimum. It is still a very nice cabin with gorgeous views!

our softball group stayed in the cubhouse for the weekend and it accomodated five families with kids. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and quiet serrenity.
The office staff was very friendly and helpful to our unique accomodations.
