Bay Watch Villa is a new 5 bedroom villa on the beach in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. This charming villa
has a large living room furnished in a contemporary tropical style and a indoor dining area. Both rooms open up onto a covered L shaped verandah, perfect for dining or lounging,
overlooking the beautiful sandy Runaway Bay Beach and the pool.
Amenities include color TV, DVD player, DVD library, wireless internet, telephone. For this family friendly villa, there is a crib and high chair available if required.
Bedroom Configuration:
The main house has 3 bedrooms, all are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.
Main House:
-Bedroom 1King bed with full bath
and shower.
-Bedroom 2Queen bed with full bath
and shower.
-Bedroom 3King bed with full bath
and shower.
A two bedroom Annex is directly across the paved terrace. The annex
can accommodate up to 4 additional guests in two bedrooms and a loft that can sleep 2 children.
The two bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

-Bedroom 1 Double bed with full bath and shower.
-Bedroom 2 Double bed with full bath and shower, plus a
loft that can sleep two children.
Bay Watch's enviable location on 100 feet of Runaway Bay Beach is also within 5 beach-walking minutes of Breezes
hotel. The Breezes Championship Golf Course is one minute
away by car.
Bay Watch has a new swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs directly off the side verandah. An attached kiddie pool is perfect for small children.
The villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper, gardener.
