Paradise Sweet Spot 6 bed Villa, is a super stunning two story beachfront Villa. Five bedrooms are located in the upstairs quarters of the property. All rooms are air-conditioned and open out onto a wrap around veranda that overlooks the beautiful blue Caribbean Sea.
In the downstairs quarters of the property, separate from the living area is another air conditioned king sized bedroom with a double day bed for children with its own en-suite bathroom. This room provides direct access to the pool terrace.
The... Villa is perfectly positioned providing the most magnificent ocean view at its best with four of the six bedrooms taking full advantage. Three of these bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the fourth has twins that can be joined together on request.
The fifth bedroom is private and has a great panoramic view of the local golf course. The sixth bedroom, features a king-sized bed and a double day bed that is perfect for children and opens out onto the pool terrace downstairs. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned.
There are two living rooms, one upstairs and the other downstairs, with plush sofas and exquisite original artwork. Both are equipped with a Digital Satellite System, VCR, Stereo and a 32" television. The upstairs living room also has a computer with full internet access and a fax machine.
The 6000 sq foot property is surrounded by lush green lawns and the most fabulous stretch of white sandy beach right in your own back yard. The property offers the complimentary use of kayaks and snorkelling equipment for the great snorkelling reef, which is just 50’ from this shore.
If you are looking for more action, then why not take a short walk just next door to the Breezes Resort where you can enjoy more water sports such as scuba diving, water-skiing, tennis, sailing and windsurfing.
The property was renovated in 2008 and the remarkable location has the very best of all worlds a 6,000-square-foot private home with a huge lawn and sandy beach, just yards away from the Breezes golf pro shop which offers unlimited complimentary greens fees to our guests.
This Villa is perfect for families, groups, friends and beach lovers. There is also a lovely pool with a wet bar for making those delicious tropical drinks. The main floor of this Villa has a living dining room that has been decorated in lovely, vibrant and well coordinated colours, with very comfortable, plush sofas.
Paradise Sweet Spot is a wonderful Villa with wide open lawn spaces, best for playing badminton, croquet, volley ball or simply just napping in the hammock under the shady tree. The lawn is well maintained with colourful tropical flowers in this garden. The property also features a range of banana and coconut trees.
Endless activities abound nearby. From championship golf, horseback riding, scuba diving, mountain climbing, river rafting, cave exploring to swimming with dolphins, its all here. There’s also fine dining, spa treatments and fabulous shopping nearby.
The interior of Paradise Sweet Spot is brightly furnished and cheerful. French doors open wide to the lovely sea view. All bedrooms have flat screen TV‘s and are air-conditioned (however, you may wish to leave your doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the beach). The DSS satellite system offers news, sports, movies, family and children’s programming plus several music stations.
The large lawn, trimmed in colorful hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, oleander, banana trees and stately coconut palms, is a great playground for table tennis and volleyball – or merely napping in the hammock in the shade of the Cassia Fistula tree with its beautiful cascading bunches of yellow flowers.
Beyond the lawn is the 10,000 sq.ft beach, clear water and excellent reef just 50’ offshore. Sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment are complimentary. As a special evening treat, the staff will plan a poolside barbecue with chicken, ribs, chops, fish or lobster – or even a nighttime bonfire on the beach.
