We had a wonderful time in this beatuifully appointed house. The house is situated centrally in Russell with walking distance to everything, and the immedate area with the community pool etc is just perfect. We especially liked the clean and modern house and all the facilities/equipment as well as sitting in the sun on the backyard porch! Thanks again to Lesley & Barry for being such good hosts.

Great location for centre of Russel. Very Clean and comfortable and fantastic service. Great local knowledge for eating and sightseeing. Stayed in the middle of winter for a couple of 'kids are driving us nuts' nights so didn't get chance to use pool etc but would be great in summer. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Myself, my husband and 2 little darlings under the age of 3 had the time of our lives at Chapel Cottage.
Only wish that the pool was heated during our stay so that I could take the kiddies for a swim but besides that it was fantastic. -

We loved our stay in Russell and Chapel Cottage was just great. It had all we needed and more with a great pool area. the Cottage was clean and well presented with all you needed and comfotable beds. The cottage is close to town and for the four days we stayed we did not need to use the car as you was in walking distance to beaches, boat trips and resturants. Fantastic holiday thankyou very much.

Home away from home, this cosy cottage has everything you could possibly need for a get away. easy stroll to great restaurants and bars. Even in winter this was a great long weekend away in the Bay.

What a luxurious accommodation set in a beautiful part of NZ. Spent a week in Russell and didn't want to return home! Will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic accomodation for Russell. From first contact, Lesley and Barry made this and enjoyable experience that I would love to repeat. Lesleys knowledge of the area was fantastic and recommended some great restaurants for us.

Really lovely cottage, well fitted out, clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, pubs and the ferry. We stayed for three days and it didn't stop raining - very unlike the BOI but Russell is a beautiful place rain or shine and Chapel Cottage would be a perfect place to stay in any weather and was a lovely way to top off our three weeks in NZ.

We stayed in Chapel cottage for 4 nights in March for a wedding, and were more than pleased with the entire experience. The house facilities are second to none, the house is spacious and modern, and it is only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accomodation, ideal location, friendly service. Very clean and comfortable house with great facilities. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub! Wish we could have stayed longer!

These cottages are a wonderful retreat!
They are right in Russell where you can walk to the port and all the shops, but removed from the main street enough to have a very quiet atmosphere.
The cottages are all brand new with modern appliances and upgraded appointments. It is extremely comfortable and has everything you need in the full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathrooms, porch, living and dining rooms.

Excellent accommodation - we were definately impressed by how roomy the cottage was - even with 3 couples and a baby. The kitchen was well equipped. Fantastic location. Great having use of the beautiful pool/bbq/spa/pool house etc! If we are ever looking for accommodation in Russell again, we will be sure to stay here again!

Chapel cottage was a perfect place for us to stay. It was clean and well equipped with everything that we could have needed. We were only a couple of blocks from the CBD so we could walk to our destination.
The kids loved the pool and we loved the spa pool!
If we ever head back up to Russell, we will definitely consider Chapel Cottage once more.

We were very happy with the service that Lesley provided and it was a joy to stay there...we didnt want to leave. It was very clean and the amenities were great. I would recommend this place to anybody. The location is ideal, walking distance to restaurants and the pier for tours. I also liked the fact that there were large amounts of the necesities, coffee, tea, dish detergent and laundry powders - not just little sachets! Small thing but appreciated.

We loved this little cottage a minute's walk from the main strip in Russell. We weren't blessed with great weather, but the town is so nice that its beauty and character shone through. As for the cottage, it is gorgeous and very well appointed. We were inspired and want to return! Lesley and Barry were great.

Very welcoming on arrival and explained all the features of the house. The property was in first class condition and had all the facilties that you could want.
Ideally situated in Russell, a 3 minute stroll to the reastaurants, shops and harbour.
Cannot be faulted, was our second visit and would certainly stay there when we next come

Chapel cottage was ideal for us (friends plus small children). Right in the heart of Russell township, everything there on your doorstep.

We very much enjoyed stayingin this spacious cottage. It was very close to Russell,perfect for eating out with kids and walking home. It was also a pleasant walk from a nice sandy beach with a pushchair accesible path and not too far for my 4 year old to manage on foot.
The cottage was nicely decorated and comfortable with a laundry room with washerand dryer - essential for small children.
