River Wilderness Cabin is a beautifully furnished 2bd/2ba log cabin situated on 2 acres in Green River Highlands in Rutherfordton, NC with hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings perfect for a romantic getaway or family fun vacation. Minutes from Tyron Equestrian Center, Hwy 74 & FENCE.

The large master suite includes a king sleigh bed with pillow-top mattress, luxurious 100% cotton linens, a flat panel Samsung TV, large walk-in closet and remote control ceiling fan.

The master bathroom includes eye-catching stone flooring, a large soaking tub with memory foam pillow, a 19" flat panel Samsung TV, shower with seat, hot and cold water bidet, his and her's 100% Turkish cotton robes and plush 100% cotton towels.

The guest bedroom includes full size bottom, twin top bunk bed, single twin bed with 100% cotton linens, a flat panel Samsung TV, large closet with 2 double tall twin air mattresses (which can be blown up and put in the living room) and remote control ceiling fan.

The guest bathroom includes eye-catching stone flooring, shower with seat, his and her's 100% Turkish cotton robes and plush 100% cotton towels.

The living room includes a full size leather couch, leather loveseat, large flat panel Samsung TV with a DVD player with a variety of movies and there is a full size wooden desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Frigidaire Professional Series stainless steel appliances, a built-in stainless steel wine cooler, Keurig coffee system with flavored coffees/teas/cappuccinos, cookware, utensils, dishware, glassware, barware, silverware, spices and more.

There is also a comfortable round wooden dining room table with 4 chairs.

The hall closet holds a full size washer and dryer set, many board games, football, basketball and frisbee. Wireless DSL internet throughout and HD DirectTV is in master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bedroom and living room with DVR.

Outside, you'll enjoy an open porch with rocking chairs, an open deck with patio furniture and a propane grill. Enjoy the relaxing pace of swinging on a double hammock or play an exciting game of badminton. We can also accommodate up to a 30' RV with electric, water and sewer hook-up's.

Green River Highlands is a private, gated, 430 acre community on the Green River with a children's playground, basketball court, gazebo, charcoal grill and access to the Green River for tubing, swimming and fishing located at the entrance of the community. Green River Highlands, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is off Hwy. 74; exit 173 (Union Road), just west of the town of Rutherfordton, NC. and is conveniently located within 15 to 30 minutes of two hospitals, major food stores, numerous antique/specialty stores, vineyards, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, historic Hendersonville and an hour to Charlotte and Asheville.
