In a select residential development in the popular town of Ryde, this semi-detached five bedroom cottage makes a superb holiday base. The luxury kitchen is a pleasure to prepare meals in, while the large living area with dining table makes a superb spot for dining and relaxing. One of the three double bedrooms has an en-suite and private balcony, while the two twin rooms are also comfortable and well-furnished. Guests have access to the ‘residents’ private slip-way and beach close by, and all the shops and restaurants o...f Ryde are a short walk away.

Its excellent transport links – regular ferry, hovercraft and catamaran services from the mainland – mean thousands each year cross The Solent to enjoy Ryde’s selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, or to relax on the six miles of glorious sandy beach. There are plenty of recreational activities on the seaside esplanade, including tenpin bowling, an ice-rink, children’s rides and paddling pool, a boating lake and a putting green. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
