Description

Rustic styled villa with private pool and garden in Crestatx, Majorca North, a 15 minutes' drive from the beach. There's space for 4 guests.

The one-storey has 110 m2, counts with 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families or friends. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a double bed; the others count with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with bath tub. We are pleased to supply fans on request!

On the comfortable sofa in the living room you can read a good book, watch TV or just relax. There is satellite TV and air conditioning in the sitting room. The independent kitchen is well equipped: toaster, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge-freezer and much more. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can park your car on the street in front of the house; it has no charge.

The exteriors are beautiful and the garden with its fountain is a real jewel! Have a barbecue with friends, swim in the pool or just bask in the sun. The porch has a size of approx. 18 m2 and it’s furnished with a wooden table and seats for 6 persons. The lawn area has about 200 m2; so your children have enough space to play. The private pool has a size of 12 meters x 4 meters. There are direct neighbours and the house is attached at the backside. But don’t worry! The villa and its installations are completely private. Nobody can look inside the plot because the garden is perfectly protected by bushes and trees.

The nearest village is called Sa Pobla, where you have supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, the train station and a medical centre.

The north of Majorca has lots of nice spots like the sand beach of Capellans in Can Picafort. The fine grained beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate. There is a good Paella restaurant and chill-out bar/restaurant in Capellans where you enjoy stunning views over the sea while having dinner. Visit also the quiet sand beach of Playa de Muro, Puerto de Pollença, Playa de Formentor or Son Serra de Marina.

You love to practise outdoor-sports? There are lots of nice hiking and cycling routes close to the house, like the springs Ses Fonts Ufanes, the mountains Sa Talaia and Puig de Sant Martí or the bay Coll Baix. Don’t miss the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença with its cobbled streets and narrow alleys!
