We have our adorable Hampton Bays cottage/Guest house available for weekend or weekly stays. This home is a 1 bedroom and sleeps 2 people. This cottage is located in the heart of Hampton Bays, 3 minutes from Southampton and Southampton Beaches. Just one mile to Dune Road and Ponquogue Beach. It is right on the Bay with great water views and a shared deck thats on the beach. The cottage also has a screened in porch that is attached to the cottage.
