* Rental Policies - If you choose you use a credit card for your payment and addition fee of 3.8 % will be charged.
Housekeeping services are available for $295.00 for 3 hours for 2 cleaners and additional pool maintenance (which is supplied once a week) is available at $95.00 per instance. Houseman and cook also available, inquire about rates.Pool can be heated for an additional $85.00 per day.
Advance deposit may be made by check and is due at the time a reservation is made. The amount due will be exactly half the rent less the tax. Rental payment balance is due in full one month before arrival and may be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
A Property Damage Security Insurance Policy will be required. The cost is $89.00 for $5,000.00 coverage.
* Refunds - If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 60 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservations with less than 60 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we cannot, your advance rent payment will be forfeited.
