Read the article in Newsday about one of my houses, by Alex Mc Cord of the Real Housewives of NY ,She has been renting from me every time she is out here. THIS home was also written up in the NY Post Earlier this year in an article on June 24th 2010 called 'Be My Guest' as new great places to stay! Located between Sag Harbor & Bridgehampton (Brickiln Road area). 3 minutes to Sag Harbor, 5 minutes to Bridgehampton, 7 minutes to the Ocean. All with lush high thread count linens & plush towels. Main living space in the house: 3 bedrooms den ,4 baths, living room, dining room, & kitchen. Den has big screen TV, cable DVD. 5 other TVs located in various rooms. 2 fireplaces. Pool level suite: includes second living room/sleeping area, kitchenette, one bedroom & bath. Luxury linens and towels. All new baths, Huge stainless steel grill, Dining Room table seats 10 No Problem.
8 Mins To Ocean 5 Mins To Sag Harbor Bridgehampton: Need a rental for the horse classic or polo? We are 6 mins to both!!! 7 Mins to the Ocean... Check Location before renting non are better the this.. Except one other in Bridgehampton...My sisters house!!!
No Dangerous bedrooms are in a basements: Ask questions...Some of the larger homes have basement bedrooms...Very Dangerous
Golf: Several Golf Course Located Minutes Away. Montauk Downs Rated one of the best public courses 30 Mins Away. 9 Hole sag golf public course 5 mins away.
