Da tempo desideravo visitare Cape Cod e trascorrere qualche giorno sulle sue spiaggie. Questa casa, curata dai proprietari in modo ineccepibile, è quello che desideravo: il soggiorno con ampie finestre sul mare, il violttolo fino alla spiaggia, ampia e deserta, i tramonti fantastici. La casa ha tuttlo quello che serve: cucina superatterzzata, bagno con doccia, doccia all'esterno, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice (ed asciugatrice...una maina degli americani!), internet wi-fi, e, nel seminterrato, sedie e ombrelloni da spiaggia e biciclette. La casa è molto accogliente con un tocco personale dei proprietari delizioso. C'è perfino un secchio di mangime per uccelli per riempire le mangiatoie, in modo da essere circondati da volatili di ogni tipo e anche scoiattolini! Spero proprio di tornare.

The home is small but nicely appointed. The location is incredible!
Faults: Cable wasn't working upon arrival. Had to wait until Monday.
House could be better vaccummed and floors cleaned.
Walkway to the beach had broken boards.
Kitchen has too much stuff in all the cabinets and drawers. There was no where to put food items we had brought.
An umbrella for the table on the waterside would be nice.
Pluses: Location! Great short walk to the beach.
House was tastefully done.
Outdoor shower and washer and dryer are great!! -

Just a small walk to a private beach. You do not have to sit in hours of traffic to go over the bridge to enjoy being at the cape.

The house was in a great location. The house was hot, as it lacked cross ventilation. It could have used more air conditioners. The referator alarm kept going off. There were no instructions on how to turn it off. The family room furniture is stained and dirty. Otherwise, it was a great house in a great location. It was well stocked with Kitchen necessities.

Perfect beach cottage!

This property was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for in a beach cottage. Being from the Midwest, I had always wanted to experience a beach vacation on the East Coast. This property was what I had pictured. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. The deck was wonderful for sitting outside. The location was great for going on day trips around the Cape and to Boston. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Our families could not have stayed at a better place.The location was perfect,it is on a quiet street,it has ist own boardwalk to the beach and a path to the canal as well.The house was extremly clean and well stocked with everything you need for a vacation.(beach chairs,bikes,washer and dryer)The boardwalk to the beach was a perfect distance.The beach was private and very qiiet.Its a place that we would love to go bact to.Thanks!!

Very quaint and relaxing cottage. The best part is the location. It is on a beautiful section of beach, close to town but also on a low traffic road. Everything was very comfortable and easy to maintain. Worth every penny.

We had a wonderful time at Cape Cod. The cottage was great. We felt absolutely at home. We wish our kitchen could be as nice as the one at the cottage. The view from the main room was breathtaking.

My entire family (my parents, husband and I)truly enjoyed the beach house. Especially great was the short boardwalk to the beach, which was quite private and lovely for us and our 13 month old son. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful, as was the ability to be at the beach anytime of day in less than a minute!
Though the home is small (including the bathroom-and I am not sure where a 6th person would sleep) it is well appointed with most of the ammenities one would expect. We loved using the updated kitchen. There were only a few shortcomings; the lack of a full size coffee maker and the height of the eat-in kitchen barstools made it difficult to enjoy the great eat-in aspect of the kitchen island. The other issue I had was not so much a problem, but a suggestion for making clearer what ammenities the home does include. It was quite HOT on 2 or 3 of the days of our stay and I would have loved to know before that about the fans that were sitting down in the basement! Once we found those the climate was much nicer within the house. The lack of A/C really makes having the fans a necessity and I would recommend replacing the fans with a couple of newer and safer ones for future renters to use.
It would also be a nice touch to include sheets for the bedrooms. The new airline restrictions on luggage make it difficult to pack linens; and having the correct bed sizing would be helpful...the large bed is a queen, not a full as were the sheets I brought for it.
We spent most of our time outside at the beach or on the porch/deck and loved that there were several seating areas and plenty of room around the deck for our son to play in the sand. The outdoor shower was also a great detail. I never used the indoor shower after my 1st use of the outdoor one. Having the 2nd shower really makes having 1 bathroom less of a problem with 4 adults!

Thanks for the review. I appologize for the bed size mix up-my fault- I have corrected it on the listing sheet. I also talked to the owners and they have put in a window a/c unit. There is a link on the bottom of our website for linen rentals. MA law says if you provide them you are a motel and have to collect motel taxes, that's why nobody supplies sheets. Thanks again-Jerry
