A spacious luxury apartment for two persons, a romantic hideaway, a hidden gem, five minutes walk from town centre in an exclusive residential area.The apartment is the east wing of the ground floor of a stunnng arts & crafts listed building circa 1906 which was extensively refurbished by the award-winning interior designer current owner. The Links Trust golf courses including the famous Old Course are five minutes drive away. The beautiful local beaches and historic sites are very walkable as is the University of St Andrews. The quaint East Neuk fishing villages and several stately homes and castles are nearby.

Stayed at 18 Hepburn Gardens for 3-nights in mid-April, 2013. Sheila, the owner, was an interior designer & her professional expertise is very much reflected in the decor & appointment of this charming, 2-person apartment! The rooms are all immaculately clean, richly furnished, & thoughtfully provisioned (to include a homemade welcome treat, fruit, & small bottle of wine). Sheila is on hand & affably approachable (apartment is connected to her home) if guest has any questions or needs. Location is convenient to sights, golf courses, shopping, & restaurants - whether walking or driving. Wi-Fi connection good.
Given the high standards & appointment, the apartment is an excellent value for the cost! -

Wonderful short break in this fabulous appartment. Very centrally located in St andrews and the accommodation was of the highest spec throughout , brilliant showers and a fantastic log burning stove.,huge bed was extremely comfortable with lovely white cotton sheets,

My husband and i booked this apartment for a celebration weekend, i found it on Trip advisor.
We had planned to stay at one of St andrews larger hotels but changed our minds and booked here and we were not dissapointed.
The apartment has everything you would need and more, it is very homely , it has the largest and comfiest bed i have ever slept in , it also has a fantastic shower , in fact two fantastic showers which is really handy.
It has been very tastefully decorated and there were fresh flowers , basics in the fridge and a lovely fruit basket with wine .
It has a great little wood burning stove which would be very nice to greet you on a cold night.
The walk into town was a very short and enjoyable one which meant we didnt need to use our car or a taxi, plenty of information leaflets and Wifi in apartment too.
I would definately book this apartment again and have already reccomended it to all of my friends.
We had one of our best weekends away and that was partly down to where we stayed.
We only met Sheila and thought that she was really lovely.
We very much look forward to our next visit -

Wonderful luxury self catering apartment for two very light and spacious tastefully decorated and furnished and everything supplied that you nees to have a comfortable holiday particularly loved the two bathrooms and large comfortable bed ! Sheila and Paul the owners are very welcoming and helpful without intruding on your privacy loved all the little personal touches sheila . Within short walking distance to town centre with lovely shops, restaurants and coffee shops as is the golf course. This is not our first visit to st andrews would recomend a drive along fife coatal route beautiful villages and towns. We will definately return again especially now we have found this luxury apartment.

My third trip to St andrews, and my most comfortable stay. The unit is very comfortable, and the rooms are larger than my previous St andrews experiences. The Showers, bed and kitchen were the best I have found in any of my stays in the UK.
The suite is wonderfully located, and close to everything one needs. The advise the hosts gave me on where to eat and things to do, were all top notch as well.
I stayed on short notice, and sometimes that can hang up a reservation and deposit, we were able to work things out quickly.
Can't recommend the apartment highly enough.

The apartment turned out to be a real 'find'. In a quiet residential area, but only a few minutes from the town, beach and golf courses - ideal. The owners, who were very welcoming, have thought of just about everything and have pretty much got it right throughout -we especially appreciated the lovely personal touches, including fresh flowers, to greet us on arrival. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped, with much more space than we had anticipated: the bed is huge and very comfy! Some good eating places and a great pub only a stroll away. We look forward to visiting again.

A superb luxury apartment in a lovely, quiet residential area just a short stroll from the centre of St andrews. The apartment is beautifully furnished with lots of added extras to make your stay all the more special.
There is plenty of space in all the rooms and having two seperate shower rooms is an added bonus. Sheila and Paul are the perfect hosts, friendly and welcoming without ever intruding on your privacy. We already love St andrews with all it has to offer, to golfers and non-golfers alike, and this is the apartment we will return to for our next visit, hopefully in the not too distant future. -

It isn't always easy to find self-catering accommodation for two but this property was ideal. The location is very good - in a quiet residential area yet within 5 minutes walk of the centre of the town - and the facilities are all you could wish for . It is a real home from home. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would not hesitate to go back.
