Villa LouJo is located in a residential area of St. Ann's Bay. You are surrounded by private homes and overlook the Seville Heights National Trust Property. Sweeping overland and ocean views. In about 5 minutes you are Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain and Dolphin Cove. Within minutes you can be at Chukka Cove to organize an ATV ride, horseback riding, Dune Buggy Adventure , River Kayak Safari and much more more. In less than 20 minutes you are in downtown Ocho Rios for shopping, dining and night light. Closer to the Villa you will find the Roxborough complex for dining, entertainment and the Roxborough Spa. In minutes you can be in the town of St. Ann's Bay. A few minutes from the villa you will find yourself at Priory Beach.

My fiance and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the Villa.
Josee and Louis are incredible hosts that made all the difference in our first vacation to the island. We booked into the Villa for three days prior to going into an all-inclusive. Once we were at the resort we quickly realized, we should have stayed at the Villa the entire time! We immediately missed our wonderful accomodations (private, relaxed and personalized)and our hosts outstanding company. We can't say enough how much we loved our time at Villa and you will too. They are incredible people, the Villa is breathtaking (the rooms and the view from the grounds!!!) and you will be hard pressed to find another host that is so accomodating and giving.
We are going back this year and this time, we'll stay the entire time at "our" Villa because Josee and Louis made us feel like family from the minute they picked us up at the airport to the day we left.
If you're hunting for a special place to stay, look no further, this is the Villa to book. I guarantee you will not be disappointed, but book fast to get your date because we're about to book for Feb 2013!Response from Josephine Reynolds - 10/09/2012

Villa LouJo is absolutely the best place I've had the pleasure of staying at in Jamaica. I frequently travel to Jamaica and my husband and I decided to try something different from the all inclusive resorts. The facilities, ambiance, service, cleanliness, and hospitality of Villa LouJo is superior to any place we've stayed in Jamaica over the past 6 years. Villa LouJo is in the perfect location. It is about 15 mins from Ocho Rios, less than 1 hour from Montego Bay airport, 1 hour from Kingston, about 5 mins from St. Ann's Bay and less than 15 mins from Mystic Mountain, Dunn's River and Dolphin Cove. My husband and I travel throughout Jamaica and this location gave us easy access to where we want to go and to new and exciting places, like the Great House in St. Ann's Bay and Mystic Mountain in Ocho Rios. There is also an excellent spa that the owner's referred us to within 5 mins of the property. The best massage and pedicure I could have asked for at Roxborough. The home and rooms are large, clean, in excellent condition, air-conditioned with fan and just awesome. Each room is accompanied with a large en suite. The views are spectacular. The food provided at the villa is authentic, delicious, far exceeds the meals provided at the all inclusive resorts and reasonably priced. The service was the best I have received anywhere in all my travels. The staff are superb. They are courteous, friendly, willing, kind, and just the best. The owner's are wonderful people. They are hospitable, sincere, honest, generous, and much more. Louie was on site and actually helped make this my favorite trip to Jamaica yet. Josie though not on site on this trip made herself easily accessible by phone and email and left us in the best and very capable hands of her husband, Louie. Believe me this was an extraordinarily great place and vacation. I am thankful to Louie and Josie for providing a place like Villa LouJo for my most recent vacation and my vacations to follow.
