We just had a "girls" getaway at your condo and had a fabulous time! The accommodations are very comfortable. It was like home away from home. The nice large balcony was perfect for morning coffee and conversation. The kitchen was well stocked.

I so enjoyed our stay at this condo. Even though it rained the whole weekend the condo was bright and cheery. We left the sliding doors open and could hear the wind and the pool fountains. Took some great naps.I will definitely be back, hopefully next time we will be able to enjoy the wonderful pools. I was happy to see that there was an elevator! Also the kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances and utensils. With two queen beds, two twins, and two couches there was ample room for everyone! Loved the large table where we could sit around and play games. Never had any problem getting into Old town of St augustine- short drive. And if you didn't want to go across the bridge there were plenty of restaurants close by. Also, found a Publix just down the road. Actually, would love to live here full time!

My family always rents homes or condos when we travel. The main things we look for are area, cleanliness, and accomodating owners. You'll appreciate the extra room, fabulous balcony, heated pool and gracious owner at this condo.
Lucia was quick to respond to our questions. We needed to stay an unusual amount of time (10 days) and asked to check out at one not 11. She was very generous.
The condo is a corner unit so it has an extra large livingroom. Very helpful with 6 people staying and relatives visiting. The balcony was my mothers favorite place. It was large enough to hold all of us and we often ate there. My mother only wished there was a longe chair, but then she may never have left. The view of the pool was very attractive. The elevator was handy on arrival. Loved having the washer & dryer. And the stairs were right outside the door and easy enough for my parents to use. Condo management was very helpful. They made arrangements for us to arrive a little late (stuck in traffic) and gave us advice on where to rent bikes. A toilet seat had a loose hinge. Repairs were done in an hour of notification. We used the wifi daily.
My parents appreciated the stand up shower to easily step in.
Condition of condo was fine. It was dated. Cabinets looked older, and bath fixtures were too. Didn't affect our stay at all. Everything was clean and working. These are not things that bother us. Condo had 3 tv's that worked fine. One in twin bed room was older but kids didn't even watch it. We were at the beach everyday. Kitchen well stocked.
As for location it is perfect. Walked to mini golf, ate dinner down the street, had take out, ran to the food store, visited alligator farm and old city. Easy to get everywhere, close to fun things to do, relaxing enviroment. Very attractive complex.
I have rented many condos in St. Augustine. You'll appreciate the extra room, fabulous balcony, heated pool and gracious owner at this condo.

The rug was beyond dirty;it was so stained & old & spotted. It made the entire condo feel dirty. My young grandchildren wanted to play-as all children do-on the floor. I was truly worried about it-not sanitary!!! This really ruined our stay. Other problems also. The sliding glass doors did not slide! The grownup had a hard time trying to open & close them. They didn't even have a handle on them! There were two large roaches-one on wall-one on rug in living area. There was a nest of roachs in balcony planters. The remote did not work.(my son fixed it himself) The kitchen tools, pots, etc. were old. The mattresses in second bedroom (two twins) were quite uncomfortable. The condo needs a serious cleaning and updating. (in pix before hand it looked o.k.) No refund at all was offered based upon problems noted. I don't know if I could ever bring myself to rent like this again-for good money-I might just stay in nice hotels. We wanted to have a home enviroment-but we could not enjoy this. We were all bummed out. How could you rent out with such a dirty rug!! We stayed in a townhouse a yr.& a half ago-just down the road-it was great, but my husband can no longer do stairs. Elevator is small & old here-one handicapped space (always Occuppied) & side walk blocked. Do not rent this complex if you are handicapped! The complex is older yes, but the condo inside could have been clean & up to date. It was not. Management was clueless & obviously had never been in it-they knew nothing-or acted like the knew nothing about the rug! They did send someone finally to fix the sliding doors-he put a handle on them-but told us condo needs to replace theses old doors but doesn"t want to spend the money-at least we could tug at it with all our might with the handle. Ridiculous! Be careful-pictures do not/cannot show all-they are made to look good-so you will rent. Don't do it here.

While I respect the renter's right to her opinion, I am horrified at the harshness of this review. Not only do we rent out this unit, my family uses it year-round as a vacation home. I can assure you that I would never let any member of my family, especially my children, stay in a place that was unsanitary.
Yes, the carpet does show normal wear from rental use. However, we have it professional cleaned several times a year and it is is only four years old. All of the mattresses were replaced in the last three years. I have never seen a roach in the unit. I know we have regular pesticide treatments.
I do appreciate the renter letting me know about the problem with the sliding glass door. I was unaware of the issue and have already ordered the track to be replaced.
I truly am sorry that the renter was dissappointed, but am confident that our condo is well kept, clean and comfortable. The pictures on this site accurately reflect how our condo looks right now. However, as soon as I am able to get into the unit I will take new, timestamped pictures and post them. I won't be able to do this until late spring because we are currently booked through April. Many of these bookings are for return renters. This should provide confidence that this is a well maintained and desirable condo! -

We made reservations almost last minute after cancelling another trip. We were afraid that because of the short notice, we would have to settle for leftovers and high prices. To our surprise we were wrong. This was a fantastic place to stay and we saved several hundred dollars for a comparable place on the gulf side.
The beach is a short walk away and with two pools, you're guaranteed a pool right outside. Old town is a short drive but not so close to be a nuisance with the crowds that tend to gather there. There's also a grocery/mini mall within walking distance which is very handy for getting groceries and all those things that you forgot to pack. We were also able to drive on the beach and find a spot right in front of the condo which made it easy for the kids to go back to the room to eat if they wanted.
The room itself was very nice, the condos look like they were made in the mid to late 80's, are in great shape and very well kept. We had two teenage boys and two teenage girls and there was plenty of room in the 3 bedroom unit for everyone.
Only minor issues with our unit. We had no hot water the first day there. Maintenance showed immediately to fix the problem. Found out that the owner of the unit turns off the circuit breaker when the unit is not occupied. It would have been nice to have a way to let us know, it would have saved us from cold showers that first morning. The balcony sliding door would stick and was difficult to open for the kids. Also we discovered that grilling is only allowed for the first floor units, There's an area near one of the pools that you can grill if you really want to. All in all these were small issues to us that didn't have any bearing on our stay. We did not want to come home and can't wait for next year!
P.S. thanks so much for letting us know that we left some swimsuits behind and getting them in the mail for us, it's those little touches that make a difference!

My husband and I stayed at this rental condo and enjoyed everything it had to offer. I loved having the choice between the pool and the ocean. We had family members stay with us a couple of nights as well and our young niece and nephew enjoyed it too! The 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly....kids had their own bedroom to hang out in and the adults were able to hang out in the family room and balcony area. Kitchen was a great size too for a few people to cook and eat snacks and not feel scrunched together. I also enjoyed the shops and restaurants and grocery store that were located just blocks away. We definitely look forward to staying there again soon. The neighbors were also very nice too, everyone greeted us with a smile.

This condo is perfectly located on the beach but not too far from the happenings of St. Augustine. I was excited to find private beach access and multiple pool options when I was ready to relax away from the sand.
The condo itself is spacious with a huge covered deck, room enough for everyone to have their own sleeping accommodations. The furniture is new and very comfortable.
I highly recommend this condo!

My family and I rented this condo for the first time and had a delightful experience. The condo is very clean, spacious and has all the modern amenities.
Location was super, as we had our choice of 2 pools plus the ocean close by. Supermarkets, restaurants and mini golf are within walking distance.
We would definately rent this condo again and plan to sometime this year.
Our least favorite thing about the condo is that we had to leave. We truly had a wonderful time. -

We have vacationed at this location numerous times. It is very spacious--we had the high school dance team here for a weekend- (12 girls). We also, have had lots of family fun, wonderful "just the girls getaway" and some great anniversaries. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The balcony is great for morning coffee. Looking forward to another relaxing vacation at St. Augustine Beach!

We have stayed at this condo three separate times, and every trip was outstanding! It’s convenient to St. Augustine, just a 10 minute trip. Restaurants, grocery store right down the street. Very spacious condo, lots of room with three bedrooms. Very clean, with all the amenities you need. The property has two large pools (the balcony overlooks one of the pools), and is just a minute walk to the private access beach. We have great family memories of our time here.

My family and I have actually stayed here on a few different occasions and always look forward to coming back. It seems like there is always an improvement each time we stay. We love the easy access to the ocean and the two pools! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. I do wish we could grill on the porch.
