SeaWind...s Condominiums is indeed a part of the treasure. Enjoy our roomy two-bedroom townhouse at the completely remodeled SeaWinds Condominiums. Ask for Unit 25 in the Sloop section facing the beautiful lagoon. The beach is a 2 minute walk down our private boardwalk. Sip lemonade on one of its 3 patios. Fully furnished, of course, with two upstairs bedrooms, each one has a newly upgraded full bathrooms, plus a newly upgraded downstairs half bath and pullout couch to accommodate sleeping for six. Cook your delights in our fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Entertainment equipment includes high speed wired and Wi-Fi Internet, two large flat screen TV's, DVD players, and stereo radio.

Take advantage of our attached garage to keep your car out of the sunshine. The private recreation center in our complex includes a large pool, Jacuzzi and newly resurfaced tennis courts. Enjoy miles of clean white Atlantic beaches. Just step out your door, pass the lagoon and down the private boardwalk and you're in the sand. If our townhouse is occupied, SeaWinds has many other rental units available.

Early explorers like Ponce de Leon and Pedro Menendez missed the treasure of SeaWinds, but you don't have to.

SeaWinds is right on A1A Beach Blvd and close to all St. Augustine attractions, including the world-class, World Golf Village. The Castillo de San Marcos, the Bridge of Lions, Old Fort, Alligator Farm and many other interesting and historic sights are a few short minutes away by car. Jacksonville, with it's music, culture, excellent shopping and home of the NFL Jaguars, is less than an hour away to the North. To the South, Daytona Beach is only an hour's drive. Interested in Orlando, Disney, Sea World or Universal Studios? Take I-4 East for a couple of hours and you are in the middle of it all.

Travel US 1 to Route 312 in South St. Augustine. Take 312 East 4 ½ miles, follow curve South on A1A Beach Blvd. 3 ¾ miles to SeaWinds on your left, (ajacent to St. Augustine Beach & Racquet Club).
