We live close by in Jacksonville, so we can make sure you arrive to a fresh, clean, and up to date home away from home. Ocean Village Club is an Oceanside community. The resort offers over 27 acres of Florida Friendly landscaping which provides plenty of room for 2 pools (1 heated in the Winter), 2 tennis courts, 4 shuffleboard courts, clubhouse with library and gym, lawns to play catch, bocci ball, volleyball and many other outside games. We have a private boardwalk across the dunes to the beautiful, wide beaches of St. Augustine Beach. This beach offers miles of open white sand down the Atlantic. This is really one of Florida's hidden jewels. You must spend a vacation in this area. You and your family will love it. And what better way than to rent a week or two at Beso del Sol.

Additional notes from owner
In order to reserve our condo you must send a $250 security deposit along with a signed copy of the rental agreement. Once we receive this, we will send you a receipt letter with a copy of the rental agreement that also will be signed by us. The security deposit becomes a damage deposit once you begin your stay. At the end of your stay, if the rental agreement is followed, we will send back the full deposit to you.
Your full amount for your stay must be received no later than 2 weeks before your stay.
If you cancel your stay no later than 2 weeks before your stay your deposit will be returned to you minus a $50 processing fee.

We could not be more pleased in the ease of coomunicating with the owners! The condo was clean and well stocked for guests. The location was within walking distance to the beach and a variety of eating and shopping areas. We will most likely be returning next uear for a relaxing week!!

We stayed at Beso del Sol for the weekend wedding of our son in St. Augustine. My only regret was that we couldn't spend more time in this beautiful home away from home to enjoy the many amenities provided by The Jackmans! We have stayed in many rental properties and this was the best - it is obvious that the owners enjoy staying in their vacation condo as there were so many little things provided that we have never found in other places - cooking utensils, spices, coffees and teas - even handsoap and body wash in the beautifully redone bathrooms. It was clean, clean, clean and extremely comfortable furnishings in the living room. Beds were amazingly comfortable too. A++ in our opinion and Mrs. Jackman was very gracious when she met us at the property to give us the key and tell us about the condo amenities. They even provide a toy/game closet and beach chairs, boogie boards etc. Just pack your clothes - you won't need anything else for a wonderfully relaxing weekend!

The condo was beautiful, clean and had all accessories needed for the beach. Appreciated the menus, brochures and historical information.
The location in the complex was excellent - just a quick walk to the beautiful pool and over the boardwalk to the expansive beach. Just a few minutes drive to shopping and historic district. Hundreds of restaurants to choose from.

This was our first time to Beso Del Sol Condo and compare to others experiences in renting condo, Beso del sol was the best. We have stayed in other condos but none have been as great as this one. We thank Mary and Jack for anticipating any need that we could have during our stay in their beautiful condo. This was very important for us.
The accomodations are excellent. The condo is comfortable, and has everything you may need for your stay. The pool and beach are great and close by. Our family recommends this condo without hesitation. We will come back.

The owners include so many extras that you only need to pack your suitcases. Boogie boards, beach toys, beach towels, games, books, movies, etc. are there for you to use and enjoy. Unit is well kept and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals including spices you can use. I highly recommend!!!

The condo was very clean and well equiped with many extras. The grounds and pools are also very clean and well kept. The beach is handy and there are lots of things to do and see in the area. We enjoyed our stay

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owners and given all the pertinent information we needed for the surrounding area. The condo is decorated attractively, comfortable, and very clean. Everything we needed for our weeklong stay was provided. The location is perfect; within walking distance to the beach,stores, and restuarants.

We have been staying at this complex, Ocean Village Club, for about 30 Years. The comlex today, is as clean and well kept as it was when it was new. We have been staying in this unit for about the last 10 years, and we feel like it is our second home. we have stayed in a number of units in the complex and we consider this as the best. Our host, Chuck and Mary are wonderful people and we consider them friends. The location is perfect,only a few steps to the pool or beach. this unit is located in one of the newer buildings and is equiped with an elevator. the older buildings do not have elevators. The unit is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation perfect, including beach toys videos, and games. We look forward to visiting every Year.

We stayed at this very comfortable and homey condo for the first time May 2011. My son-in-law, who is very picky on where he stays, had me make reservations for the following year due to the clean and relaxing atmosphere of this condo. Everything was furnished and had great access to the beach which my 3 year old granddaughter just loved. Only thing we had to bring was our clothing and buy some groceries. The owners are wonderful to work with as far booking this condo to rent. The area is clean and well kept. Can't wait to go back again and enjoy the area.

The Jackman's are a pleasure and very accomodating. They provide items you would never have thought of for the beach and within the home. The condo was clean and comfortable. The sound of the ocean was soothing. It was close to the ocean, shopping, restaurants, and just a short drive to the center of St. Augustine, Anastasia Island, etc. but offered privacy because it was a gated community. The grounds were clean and well-kept with two pools to enjoy, too. Best of all, you could get up when you wanted and I recommend making your first meal in the condo so you can enjoy the ocean and have some fun in the sun. Then in the late afternoon you could do some sightseeing with dinner out. We loved it there!

This gorgeous Beach Condo was just what my family needed! They had thought of every supply we could possibly need including a high chair and PortaCrib. There was fun stuff for the kids and some special treats for me too! I loved how close it was to the beach, old St. Augustine, the Outlet malls, and golfing and tennis for my husband. We had such a wonderful stay I can't wait to book my stay for next year's vacation! Thanks so much Beso del Sol!

Beso del Sol was a wonderful place to spend our vacation in St. Augustine. The Jackmans are the perfect hosts. They welcomed us with wine and a beautifully appointed condo. We love our stay so much that we are thinking of moving there.
