Not only is Ocean Village Club K11 just yards from gorgeous St. Augustine Beach, but it's new decorated with wood floors, new paint, new sleeper sofa and love seat, new 40" HDTV and 32" HDTV, new mattresses and linens and wifi.<br/>Because it's on the ground floor, Ocean Village Club K11 offers the convenience of no stairs-just walk out the door and head toward the pool or the beach. Or simply slide open the glass doors of the living room that lead out onto the screen-in porch and gaze at the tropical landscape of the complex. The porc...h is equipped with a bench, a table, and a rocking chair. It's the perfect spot to linger over a morning cup of coffee or a nightcap beneath the stars. You can even hear the murmur of the surf from here. <br/>Newly painted, the open-plan living and dining area is tailor-made for relaxing with family and friends. Here you'll find a big 40" HDTV with DVD player and couches so comfortable you'll wish you could bring them home with you. One of the sofas even opens to become a bed for two. The area is large enough that the kids can play a game in one section while someone else reads, surfs the web via our free wireless Internet, or watches TV in another. <br/>Given how many great restaurants there are nearby, you could easily dine at a different one each night. But if you enjoy making family meals, we have just the kitchen in which to do so. Laid out galley-style, it contains all your major appliances (sparkling clean and in perfect working order, of course), plus cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets galore. Perhaps most important, there's even a dishwasher-no arguing over whose turn it is to wash up! <br/>You can pull up stools to the counter for a quick snack or light breakfast, plus there's a large glass-topped dining table for when you want to gather everyone together. The dining chairs are plushly cushioned, so you'll enjoy lingering at the table long after the meal is over. <br/>Like the living area, the master suite has been furnished with comfort and ease in mind. A queen-size bed with new mattress awaits you here, ultra-luxurious and so comfortable you'll find yourself sleeping late morning after morning. (Ahhh. how often can you do that at home?) There's also a plump reading chair, perfect for losing yourself in that novel you've been waiting all year to read. You can watch TV from bed and even step out onto the porch again for a last look at the moonlight: Sliding doors connect directly to it from the master bedroom. <br/>The en-suite bathroom extends your privacy. We provide all the linens, towels, blankets, and pillows you need for every bed and bath at Ocean Village Club K11, so pack light! <br/>The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds, giving you extra floor space during the day. There's a TV in here too, and a big window. The second bathroom, nearly as roomy as the first-both have a tub and shower-is convenient to this bedroom. And speaking of convenience, Ocean Village Club K11 has its own washer and dryer. <br/>And as comfortable as our condo is, you'll want to head out and explore. There's so much to do! You can walk to the brilliant white sands of St. Augustine Beach via our private walkway, or stay within Ocean Village Club and swim in one of our two pools, then relax on a chaise afterward. Stop by our fitness center for a workout, or play on one of our tennis courts instead.
