Beautifully updated and decorated condo across the street from the ocean-only 1 block. Hardwood floors well equiped kitchen, laundry room, porch facing lagoon. Quiet condo with pool and exercise room near pool.
Fishing Pier and Wesnesday Farmers Market across the street Lighted fountain in center of Lagoon-fish, turtles, egrets, birds. Best ice cream and Pizza just across the street. Many excellent restraunts near by.
Historic St. Augustine, Alligator Farm, Outlets,and World Golf Village just minutes away.

We are located on A1A right beside the Hilton Hotel, across the street from the Fire Station and Fishing Pier.Yes we have Yi Fi
We are a gated community with mostly owners who live thee. This a beach resort type of living with anything you need right there.
Each condo has 2 parking spaces close by. There is an elevator right outside the door.
There is a grocery store, shopping, excellent restraurants, Alligator Farm, Putt Putt, surfing, swimming, beach and lots more within 5 minutes. The World Golf Village and Outlet shopping, art Galleries, Fort, College morre restraurants and much more about 15 minutes away.
