  Our family stayed at Sea Place 12224 for a week. I was initially worried about renting a condo because I tend to be very picky with cleanliness. I was pleased to find that the condo was clean, smelled nice, and overall welcoming. The condo was a comfortable fit for 4 adults and we had plenty of space for our daughter's portable crib in the Master bedroom. Although we did not use the linens or kitchen utensils, they supplied ample. The location of this condo is perfect. It is the second and third floor in front of the pool. You can see the ocean from both balconies. The balcony was large enough for outside dining. Also the development is a short drive to Historic St. Augustine and convenience stores. The only issues we had were the plumbing in the downstairs bathroom was a bit slow and towels were left in the washer from the last visitor. The towels had been there a few days by the smell so we had to rewash and dry. We did not call management because we did not feel like waiting around for someone to come and both problems were manageable. Overall, it was a great stay and we will be coming back in the future!

  The fridge has no ice maker and only one tray; it freezes in certain areas of the fridge; the dishwasher wetted but not cleaned the dishes; many of the general supplies used in cooking should be re-evalued and replaced.

  We had a wonderful time. The Property is in a great location, the pool was great, and the beach was wonderful. Not real excited that people could drive on the beach. When we arrived to the condo (we were told no early check in's) so we expected it would be clean and ready. It did not look freshly cleaned, and the master bedroom did not have any sheets or blankets on it. I had to call to have this resolved. The housekeeping staff was quick to respond. The dishwasher in the unit overflowed everytime we used it. In other units I have rented, extra trash bags were available, but make sure to purchase some if you stay here. Overall, it was a good place to go and relax.
