It's a nice property's location (near the sea) but the property requires much maintenance and renovations. We were disappointed.

Condo was on a quiet street just steps from the beach. The condo was comfortable and perfect for a couple. (only one bedroom with a king size bed, fold out couch in the living area. Vacation went off without a hitch. Great company to rent from!

Overall a very good property, my husband and I enjoyed the week of sun and sand. The deck was a great bonus and the property is just a walk away from the beach. The only negatives were the mattress needs to be replaced and there were ants.

Hello everyone. We stayed in the Wave Watch Cottage. It was nice and quaint. The only negative was the position of the aC Unit. This would only be a factor in summer. Because it's off set the airflow was not good. How we got by was we bought two box fans to help circulate the air and we put the fan from the unit on top of a cooler so the fan was above the vents blowing the cold air towards the living room. Vacation Rental Pros really got a good thing going on. This is our first time using them and will definitely rely on them for our next rental. We preferred looking at the properties online then calling to make the reservations. The associate helping us made it quick and easy. If you are a surfer coming from out of town looking to score the break out front is pretty good with other top breaks a short car ride away.

ask lots of questions before you pay for rental we thought we had a stove & fridge per the pictures that were posted. Wrong- I have to say they accomindated us to a bigger room with a stove and a fridge unfortunatly the doors didnt close right to get in and we had to slam it shut every time so did our neighbors- which wasnt pleasant when they came home at 2am every night. there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. we had a great time being so close to the beach and nothing was crowded we were very close to down down st augustine. we def. want to go back to the area but we will get a place that doesnt have multiple renters. parking was very tight the trees need to be cut back. housekeeper does a great job.
The location is fabulous...but...

The location is fabulous...but the place itself needs some work. The fan in the bathroom when turned on shakes so much it's about to fall off. There were ants in our kitchenette. The TV didn't work in the bedroom when we arrived and the air conditioner was leaking when we arrived with pots under it for the water to drip into to. Now, on those last two items I called the housekeeper and the maintenance person came within a few hours so it was resolved quickly but I feel it should've been resolved before we even arrived. The linens need serious upgrade. They are the worst quality and the towels had stains on them.

The onLy thing which I did not like was the fact that it didn't have washer/dryer and also a place to remove the sand from your feet before entering the property.
A great weekend.

Great place to stay, a very comfortable cottage, felt like home. The black leather chair was amazing, I highly recommend it. We will be booking this same cottage again in the future, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.
