Right in the heart of a fun, family-friendly oceanside condo complex is our Ocean Village Club D21, a newly renovated and furnished, well-appointed destination for your next beach vacation! Boasting all the comforts of home, it has plenty of room for the whole gang! Plus, it is a corner unit/end unit with a partial ocean view.<br/>Space is used wisely in this spotless, sparkling clean condo. The living room offers a large LCD TV mounted on the wall (away from curious toddlers!), a ceiling fan, a long luxurious sofa, and a comfy wicker chair with matching footstool. There's plenty of room for the family to gather around a movie or enjoy... a long chat in the evening. Light floods in from a window in one wall, a sliding-glass door in another, so you can make the room as airy as you like!<br/>When it's time for supper or a snack, serve straight from the kitchen onto our handy breakfast bar, which seats 4 at a wide counter. Our kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast, but if your idea of a vacation involves no cooking, we're ready for that too, with a full-sized fridge for beverages and a microwave for leftover takeout! We've got all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could ask for, too, so don't pack a thing.<br/>The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, with a queen-sized bed, his-and-her nightstands, a dresser and bookshelves, a large TV, and an ultra-comfortable recliner. Linger over your bedtime drink, enjoying the restful décor of this lovely room. The en-suite bathroom is convenient as well, with both a shower and bathtub.<br/>The second bedroom boasts a jaunty nautical theme that kids will love. Two twin beds make naptime easier, and the en-suite half-bath includes a stacked washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimsuits and towels. And if you need to sleep a couple more friends, our living-room couch pulls out into a sleeper. <br/>Ocean Village Club D21 is on the second floor, close to the tennis courts and one of the swimming pools. Your private patio overlooks a grassy lawn and the street beyond, and is a lovely place to step outside and enjoy the sea breeze. You even get a glimpse of the ocean from this balcony. You may find yourself dining al fresco on your patio most days, or sitting out here while the last evening light slowly fades from the sky. There's nothing like that salt spray for making you feel pleasantly drowsy!<br/>But there is so much to do here, you may not get to spend as much time "at home" as you'd like! The Ocean Village Club offers great activities for the whole family. In addition to the new tennis courts and the pool (heated in winter) near your building, there is a second pool that features a view of the ocean, and plenty of poolside seating. You can even try your hand at shuffleboard on our courts! <br/>The grassy Ocean Village Club grounds are host to picnic tables and charcoal grills for a group barbecue. (There is also free wireless Internet service at the Club House)<br/>And that includes our private walkway down to the beach. No need to cross traffic or pick your way through the dunes -- we deliver you right to the shores of the Atlantic! <br/>You will love our beach. It's got all the space you could ask for to fly a kite, toss a Frisbee, or build a world-class sandcastle. Water sports of all kinds are perfect in our surf, and you can rent any equipment you need. Of course, you may just be content relaxing in a beach chair with your toes in the surf. Sunrises and sunsets are showstopping every day here, and every low tide reveals new shells and sharks' teeth. <br/>We hope you'll come stay at Ocean Village Club D21 very soon.   We had a great time at Ocean Village D21. Even with the threat of Isaac (storm)the weather was fairly good. The only 2 negatives about the Condo was the promise of Wifi, it was deceptive. You could only get a signal in or near the clubhouse, we assumed it would be available in condo. The other negative was that when we called the number for information about the condo we got a person with no knowledge of the facilities. We didn't get a passcode or know of one for the clubhouse until mid stay. Other than those few things the facilities were very good. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

  Great updates, great location, extremely clean and well-maintained. 7 miles to old town! Limited linens and kitchen supplies. Far from the ocean, although you can see it from a corner of the lanai. Horrible mattress in the master. I wouldn't stay here with a party larger than three under any circumstances; it's just too small. Pools and ocean are quite a hike from the unit. From Knoxville.

  My wife and I had a nice week's stay in this condo. Other than the master bedroom's mattress being pretty uncomfortable, we were pleased with the appearance of the condo. The kitchen was very nice, as was the overall appearance of the entire unit. The unit is pretty small, but it was fine for just the two of us.

  This was a disappointment only because it is advertised that it sleep 6 (with a pull out couch). The pull out is so old that the springs are literally poking through the mattress. It was truly awful! The should either replace the couch or advertise the place as sleeping 4.

  This is a nice condo, however it is advertised as sleeping 6 with the pull put couch. This pull out bed is sooo bad. Springs are popping right through the mattress. One morning as I pulled the sheet off to put the bed away a spring actually came off in the sheet! It was just awful. Given this bed is not suitable, they should really advertise it as sleeping four or replace the couch.

  The cypress golf is less expensive by going directly through the golf course instead of realtor ($39 vs $45). Unit is a good walk to the beach; but otherwise a nice unit.

  overall very happy with the unit. Some small issues like bulbs needing replacements, A/C air intake very dusty. Poor quality of white paint-it peels off when you scrape up against it.
