I have spent a week in rental property... this was a very relaxing week of my life. The ocean is walk able distant and the property has private access for the beach. Just get out of the apartment take the walk to the pristine beach with lot of sea life to observe. The property has one heated pool located at the center for little chiller weather and one non-heated pool located by the beach.
