Gaze out at the magnificent sweep of St. Augustine Beach from the balcony, living room, or master bedroom at our beachfront condo at Hibiscus 303-B. The rolling waves, sugary sands, and natural dunes are a glorious sight from our little corner of paradise! <br/>You'll feel on top of the world in our immaculately maintained, beautifully furnished condo. The balcony is everyone's favorite spot, nicely shaded from the heat of the sun and quite spacious. You'll find a table and chairs here, as well as a smaller seating area for drinks and conversation. As you gaze out over the palms and past the natural sand dunes to the glittering ocean, y...our cares will just seem to melt away!<br/>Two sets of sliding glass doors lead onto the balcony: one from the living room, the other from the master bedroom. (Perfect for a late night wine-and-stargazing rendezvous!) Step back into the master bedroom and you find yourself in a large room, soft rugs on the cool tiled floor. Two walls contain floor-to-ceiling windows revealing the wonderful view, while a king-sized bed promises a luxurious night's rest. This room also contains a TV and his-and-her bedside tables with lamps. Cooled by a silent, breezy ceiling fan, the master bedroom is a retreat fit for a king!<br/>The master bathroom adjoins the bedroom, making it yours and yours alone. Offering both a shower and tub option, it contains all the towel sets you will need. In fact, all of the towels and linens -- including pillows and blankets -- for all of the beds and both bathrooms at Hibiscus 303-B are provided for you, fresh and ready. And when you need to wash the vacation togs, use our full-size washer and dryer right off the bathroom at Hibiscus 303-B! <br/>The 2nd bedroom is roomy as well, containing both a queen-sized and a twin bed, plus a TV, dresser, and plenty of closet space. Perfect for children or a second family, this room is convenient to the second full bathroom. And if you need to sleep a couple more, the living room sofa converts to a bed (with unbelievable views!).<br/>The living room is another part of Hibiscus 303-B you will love. Spacious, nicely decorated, and pleasant, it is a great place to wind down after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing in St. Augustine. The cool tiled floor and silent ceiling fan are refreshing, while the warm-toned décor is homey and welcoming. Here you'll find ultra-comfortable furniture, a large TV with DVD player and VCR, and splendid ocean views. <br/>There's room for everyone here, especially when the dining area just beyond the living room becomes part of the action. Use the table as a game center, spread out brochures and maps, or set up your laptop here (you have free wireless Internet at Hibiscus 303-B).   The condo itself was clean, bright and cheerful. However, in my opinion, this was not ocean front, maybe ocean view at best. When we sat on our deck, the view was trailer park . Yes, we could see the ocean, but the trailer park next door was the main view and sound, dogs barking, motor homes coming and going. We were very disappointed in the view. The week before this we stayed in Summerhouse and had an unobstructed view of the ocean and it cost us less money than this. Overall, we paid too much money for a crummy view.

  We really enjoyed the condo. The view of the ocean was beautiful! The only problem we really had was that the floor needed to be mopped and the hot tub was not all...just slightly warm. The condo was very well stocked with pretty much everything you need...except garbage bags. We really enjoyed the pool area as well as the quiet beach. Very low traffic area, which was wonderful! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

  The St. Augustine Beach is always beautiful, the view over the trailer park not so great but I've been a camper in the past and didn't have a problem with that. The unit itself is really dated, the bedding cheap and ill fitting and worn and the decor leaves much to be desired. The unit was fairly clean, no complaints. The dryer left black grease spots on some of my white clothes. The complex was quiet, nice pool and beach access, needs a matching coat of paint on every building. Was not the nicest complex we've stayed at but the price was right ! Had trouble getting the keys when we arrived, the process was not explained to us and we had a lot of trouble getting internet access which was critical. All in all...Ive' had better experiences. Sorry.

  Quiet and Peaceful Spring Break

  We really enjoyed our stay at this location. This is the second time that we have rented a condo versus staying at a hotel and this condo met our needs perfectly. My wife and I rented the place the week before the "big spring break" crowd arrived and it was very easy to get around and see the sites of St augustine without too much of a hassle. The view off the balcony was terrific and the ease of access to the beach was great. We made use of the wireless access through out our stay to help us make reservations and check out possible places to see for the next day. The kitchen had good supply of utensils and enough basic pots, pans, bowls, etc. to make our meals with. We made use of the outdoor gas grills within the property on several occassions to cook some burgers for lunch or dinner. The hot tub was also a nice feature when the weather was a bit cold for swimming in the ocean. We even spied two dolphins swimming by from the deck of the condo on our last morning.
